Exceptional custom tours by Sarah. We had a person with some special mobility needs and Sarah planned accordingly to ensure maximum safety and comfort for the entire group. Sarah is patient, kind and supportive. Her local knowledge and experience is outstanding. We got all the hidden gems and she demystified many cultural myths. Her calm voice and chill nature ensured that we were all relaxed for the entire tour. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see a different side of Japan.

Sarah met us at our hotel to begin our outing and explore our interests. We felt immediately comfortable and she got us straightened out with our travel passes and understanding subway travel (this helped us throughout our stay!) We found Sarah to be OUTSTANDING. Incredibly knowledgeable in historical facts, culture and tradition. Shrines, Temples visited were not only beautiful to see but then with a historical and traditional perspective brought us closer in- opening our eyes to things and beauty we would have certainly missed. We also wandered through markets and Sarah was able to speak (Japanese) to merchants helping us with our purchases. Also explaining to us foods we had no idea about. In addition Sarah has a wonderful sense of humor and was sensitive to our goals and interests. At the close of our session - we were not ready to depart ! We extended our session another hour! We were so happy with our visit we scheduled another tour a few days after. Highly Recommend! Don’t miss spending time with Sarah! Our experience with her helped us also be more confident in our travels.

We had so much fun with Sarah! She knows Tokyo inside and out, and is so knowledgeable about history, culture and religious sites. She tailored our tour to match our interests, and all her suggestions we're spot on. Her comfortable style and sense of humor made us feeling immediately at home. There is so much we never would have seen, known or appreciated if we had tried to explore on our own. 10 starts out of 5 ;) We booked another day with her because the first was so great, and she took us an amazing place a little out of town with a temple you could actually walk through, and a tea garden and cute old fashioned shops. Her ability to speak and read Japanese were an enormous help, though our tour with us was in English. Each day we spent about 4 hours with her. ❤️

Sarah is the most incredible guide. Her knowledge of Tokyo culture, food, sights, music, nature, season and history is amazing. She shares the most incredible facts, and tailor makes the journey for whomever she is guiding. I recommend Sarah's tours to everyone visiting Tokyo and am so looking forward to joining another one on my next visit.
