2.00We followed instructions to go to the ferry/fast boat co. that was arranged by the snorkeling tour co., Family Trips/Naomi Nusa Penida to take us from Sanur to Nusa Penida, all thru trip advisor. Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, Family Trips/Naomi Nusa Penida had failed to send our info to the ferry co. After a wait the ferry co helped us contact the snorkeling co who said they forgot to send our info. After considerable delay we arrived Nusa Penida & had to ask around to find where Family Trips/Naomi Nusa Penida was located. We waited there for about 45 mins before boarding the boat for snorkeling. The snorkeling at 2 of the 4 sites was fairly desolate and/or the water was murky, the other 2 sites were better, saving us from a total fail. We’re glad we went, but the service for ppl unfamiliar with Bali was horrendous. We had to track down info every step of the way. A saving highlight was the snorkeling guide who did an awesome job with GoPro snorkeling pics.

2.00Not for the over 40s. Difficult to get in and out of boat.. in comparison I had been getting in and out of the local Balinese fishing boats easily. This boat was difficult. Very rushed.. 10min each snorkelling spot. Racing another boat tour in the water seemed dangerous to me😬 It was stated for 5 hours but only lasted 2! Getting off was difficult.. it moored next to another boat.. both bouncing in the water.. bloody disappointing

5.00The women explained first the steps of the execursion, it was really easy to understand everything, the guides were also amazing,they listened of our needs, they were really nice and they were so invested to make sure we had a good experience !! We got to see 5/6 Manta Rays, they were so majestic !!! It really was a breathtaking experience, we would definitely do it again when we come back to Nusa Penida. I really recommend to book with them !!

2.00From the arrival on site it was all very chaotic, no clear directions or information. Departed late about 20 minutes. Once on the boat, no kind or warm guide (as had in other activities), no one explains what we are going to do or what we will see. No advice. Most of the people on the boat did not enter the water due to the rough seas and the lack of security that the guide transmitted. From the boat we spotted manta rays, once dived we immediately lost the guide and we struggled to find the boat. The guide did not commit to being recognized. Manta rays therefore unseen but not totally dependent on them. Apart from that, the snorkeling in one of the other spots was nice and enjoyable, as there are nice corals and fish.

5.00Was easy with everything, the company checked up on us throughout the journey. Was very easy and everything went quite smooth! The snorkelling was amazing and we got to see multiple manta rays and beautiful fishes.

1.00Terrible experience. Not enough life jackets for everyone was the start. They don’t tell you it will be terribly rough. Many on board were vomiting. Children (and adults) were frightened. Very little snorkelling due to the rough conditions-no warning it would be rough. Only sheltered spot was littered with jellyfish so we all got stung. Only reason it gets one star instead of 0 is I feel sorry for the staff who were very good

5.00This snorkelling trip was very good, booking was easy and we also booked a driver to pick us up from hotel and bring us back after, which was also very convenient. This company is big and they are professionals in this field. Boats are new and comfortable. Snorkelling gear, and water were provided for us on the boat. The instructor was very attentive and took many many pictures and videos of me and my wife underwater. The spots we have seen were amazing and water life was out of this world. If you are already on the island, definitely book this snorkelling trip.
