  We had an amazing fun packed day with our driver Shota. He was an amazing guide and patient with our requests to stop and take pictures whenever we wanted. Also told us exactly where the good areas are and what experiences to choose. All in all a great experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

  The trip was cancelled due to weather conditions. However, we didn't get a refund for the trip, although they assured us that the refund would be submitted when they contacted us to cancel. Very disappointing service, especially since they know the weather in Batumi is unpredictable.

  I am surprised that the refund value is zero. The cancellation was made due to bad weather, an operator did his best to refund the money from TripAdvisor but unfortunately i didn't receive it

  Unfortunately we couldn't get the canyon experience as the water level was quite high due to rains which we were not informed/aware of till we got there. Took a jeep trip to see some spots at one of the canyon sites, but wasn't worth it. Jeep rates are non standard and requires haggling, overall experience isn't great and so we skipped the second canyon. The caves were ok. Better to check the weather in advance as without the boat experience in canyons, it's just a to and fro drive for not much. Route was scenic and we had a good driver, but would be helpful to have a full time guide who can offer insights, give local information /knowledge and add to overall trip experience. Trip needs to be better planned and coordinated considering premium rates!

  Extremely bad experience, even though it was my first one. First of all, we booked for a full day trip starting at 8 am. The driver messaged me one day before and asked if my tour is at 9am, so I informed him no it’s at 8am and assured he comes on time so we return as early as possible. The next day he was never to be found until 8:16 am I started calling him and messaging he didn’t respond. Then he said I am on the ways and will reach in 30 mnts. So I said to him you asked and I told you to come on time ! Then he surprised me that he is not even coming since he had accident he is sending his dad on his behalf 😒 Secondly, I am not sure his father was a real driver, because his driver was horrible.. he kept pushing breaks and speeding like crazy. And lastly when we reached at our first destination he just stood there letting all other tour guides coming to us and selling their tours. On which I called the company and ask the person in charge to tell him (since he didn’t understand a word of English) that we already paid for 3 main attractions with this package. So once the manager told him, he then took his to the entrances of the all 3 attractions. I would like to thank you the manager, he was very supportive and helpful 🙏🏼

  Driver Joni was great. Spoke good english, good, new car. Offerd wifi, was frendly, helpfull and just all around pleasant.

  I give number 5 of 5 to this tour recommended by TripAdvisor. Everything was in accordance with the description and photos published on TripAdvisor. According to us, they had arranged for us a driver who was fully fluent in English. In my opinion, the most important thing is the driver. The driver (mr. joni gorgiladze) was very polite and his driving was excellent and safe with full compliance with the rules. He was very hospitable and very well and patiently introduced the details of the trip and the route and attractions. All along the way, he provided us with the bluetooth of his beautiful, clean and fragrant car so that we could travel with our favorite music. Travel only with (Mr. joni gorgiladze).
