5.00Our tour guide was Tom. He was absolutely brilliant. He accommodated our request for a slightly different itinerary the night before, communicated clearly both then and in the morning, and was there with the driver exactly on time. He was friendly, funny and full of great facts about the history of Vietnam and Hanoi. Finally, he was very attentive to the needs of our overheating eight year-old and went out of his way to make sure we could keep her as comfortable as possible. I could not recommend him more highly. (Same goes for Sabrina in the office as she made setting up the tour fast and efficient.) “Cam On” (thank you) to Tom and the whole team!

5.00We award a full 5 stars for this great trip “Explore Hanoi – Secret Spots and Train Street”! We had booked the tour from 8 am and actually the group tour with 6 people. However, it was a private tour for us as a family of 3. Our tour guide Kim was simply fantastic – very friendly, competent and explained everything to us in English in an understandable and exciting way. You could tell she really knows and loves the city. Our driver was also excellent: safe on the road and very accommodating. Overall an all-round successful experience, which we can absolutely recommend!

5.00It is a good experience, you only need half a day to tour most of Hanoi's famous attractions, the tour guide is very good to introduce the sights very in detail, will also help you to take some beautiful photos, where the history is also presented very clearly.
