  Fun trip but it was freezing that day so we cut it short. Owner was very nice and found us a driver as we are over 75. Young man was a careful driver and very nice.

  Just great ! Being able to go by ourselves under the direction of the GPS was very exciting. We even got lost because of the lack of GPS signal at some point, but somebody from the team came to put us back on the right way ! We were very well welcomed by the boss. Everything perfect, we recommend !

  An absolutely fantastic way to explore Malta’s Three Cities! The self-drive electric buggy tour was such a fun and unique experience—combining freedom, comfort, and a really well-thought-out guided route. The app-based commentary was excellent: clear, engaging, and full of fascinating local history and insights you’d easily miss otherwise. It felt like having a knowledgeable guide with you at all times, but with the flexibility to go at your own pace. We loved being able to stop whenever we liked—whether to take in the stunning harbour views, wander through the quiet streets, or grab a drink along the way. The buggies themselves were easy to drive, smooth, and perfect for navigating the narrow roads. What really stood out was the peace of mind—knowing there was full backup support if needed. Even if you take a wrong turn, help is right there, which makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. A brilliant mix of adventure, sightseeing, and culture. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see the Three Cities in a memorable and relaxed way!

  We wanted to visit the 3 cities near Valleta but had a limited time. Plus, my Mother-in-law has difficulty walking too much (even more so when it's not really flat...) Renting these "golf carts" was a great way to discover the cities. the GPS is sometimes a little "funky" but the team is monitoring customers and were quick to respond to redirect us to the "right path". Would do it again.

  Great way to see lots of the 3 cities. Staff were very good and the remote checking is perfect for when you go off course. Don't forget your driving licence.

  Interesting idea, poorly executed and overpriced. If driving around the busy streets of the 3 Cities in an underpowered electric golf buggy with unreliable Sat Nav and unintelligible commentary is your idea of fun then this is just the thing for you. However if you value your safety and wellbeing then avoid. The route varies from a mix of medieval streets and modern office block devlopments with unfinished roads. Sat Nav kept losing signal so commentary and directions became out of synch. All in all, very disappointing and one to avoid. You’re better off taking the time to walk the Cities and avoid the buggies altogether.

  Overall the experience was wonderful. The entire staff was thorough in the instructions ( pay attention to it !) and we loved getting to see the city from a different perspective. The gps did pause a few times , but the team quickly calls you to tell you to turn around. We also accidentally shut off the system , and the team drove to us within 10 minutes to help out. Don’t expect to drive like formula 1, they are slow golf carts but the local drivers are nice about it.

  This was an ideal way to see the three cities of Malta Birgu, Isla, and Bormla. The guided tour on the buggy was fun and the information provided automatically on route was excellent. We would certainly recommend anyone thinking about going on this Rolling Geeks tour would not regret doing it.

  Poor service. Quoted the wrong price. Had to change vehicles a few times. Told we would visit places that we did not. All up a very average experience and certainly not worth the price. Rent a car or walk instead!

  Thank you for an exceptional time. Without a doubt, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend. The concept of the guided tour through a GPS and a recorded 'tour guide' is brilliant. It gives you all of the highlights and allows for taking a tour at your own pace. Customer service was second to none and Kris, the purveyor went WAY out of his way to take care of us. I hope he brings the process to other cities and hopefully to the US. I'd go again. The only caveat is this: if you are not experienced driving on the left side of the road, take your time.
