  From the resort we stayed at the springs was a far travel however along the way we were able to pass some of the most beautiful scenery. St Lucia is such a beautiful island and our driver Nigel made sure we stopped and took all the best pictures we possibly could. He is a great photographer might I add catching all the best angles of us. He also made sure we had everything we needed for the excursion and suggested other excursions for us because we did not know what else we wanted to do during our stay. The sulfur springs were so relaxing we almost didn’t want to leave. We actually sat in the water for so long our fingers started to get wrinkly lol. By the time we got out of the water and washed off we were all so exhausted we never made it to see waterfalls and we slept the whole ride back. We stopped to get food and souvenirs. If I were to do this excursion again I would probably go see the waterfalls first. I really wanted to see them. Overall this experience was 10/10 just be sure to have cash on hand so you can pay for the hike, the springs and the waterfall. Oh and don’t forget your souvenirs 😊.

  The use of private transport for sightseeing was great, and it was customizable for our use. We were able to visit multiple waterfalls and points of interest without any pressure from the driver, who was responsive and made helpful recommendations. The car was clean and air-conditioned. We were able to use the private transport for a very enjoyable and organized day without too much stress. This is a good option for travelers who want to visit many places without the associated stress.

  Let me share my experience, our airport transfer was flawless. Our flight was a bit delayed but our driver was there waiting with a sign. He was super friendly and gave us lots of tips for our stay. The van was spacious and very clean. It was the perfect welcome to the beautiful island of St. Lucia.

  We wanted a private tour of the island and went ahead with a booking and it was a good choice. A friendly driver and a clean, comfortable vehicle. He was able to take the best routes and we came across wonderful waterfalls as well. In between, we had a nice lunch without any hurry. Glad that our tour was customized around our pace. I surely would recommending this service.

  We wanted to see and explore the place, the springs, the waterfalls, etc. The vehicle picked us up from the airport, driven by a friendly driver who was a local with excellent knowledge of St Lucia. We had an enjoyable and stress-free time.

  Overall we loved this experience seeing St. Lucia. The beginning was confusing - we walked through the cruise terminal to where all the taxis/tours were picking up, and there was no sign with our name on it. Luckily we found someone else with the tour group (Cool Vibes Taxi) who was supposed to take someone else, but he ended up just taking us cause our driver was still on the way and the other group wasn't there. So we essentially changed drivers which is fine, but they had no idea what specific tour we booked. He asked if we were doing the hiking or driving tour. I think no matter what "tour of St. Lucia" excursion you book, they're all the same. There was no bottled water or beer as promised on the booking. With that being said, Terrance was a fantastic tour guide. He knew EVERYONE in the city we drove by, waving or having a quick hello at every stop light. It was so cool to see. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed with the area, kept our bags safe while we made our stops, etc. One thing I wasn't prepared for was how PACKED the mud baths and waterfall are. There's a small fee to get in, but it is body to body packed at both. For the waterfall, you wait in a line of people to get in, quickly snap a photo, and then you're on your way. There's no leisure time in the waterfall. We LOVED sampling the sauces and marinated rums. If we were checking a bag we 100% would've bought some, but we only had carry-ons and the containers wouldn't clear TSA. Overall this tour was an amazing part of our trip, but logistically it's a little rag tag!

  I came to St. Lucia with my family. The taxi service was punctual and the driver was very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. If I'm honest the best part was the local knowledge. He suggested a restaurant for lunch that was not in our travel book and it was the best meal of our trip. This is the kind of service that makes a difference.

• DO NOT BOOK! Scam. They don’t pick you up or contact

  I should’ve listened to the other below reviews. But I decided to try for myself. It is indeed a scam. They never contacted us with a pick up time. Or returned my message back about what time should we be picked up. I called the number and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Viator contacted them and said someone answered the call. Then Viator said they would contact me with the pick up time once they received it. This NEVER happened. No pick up time was ever communicated. This is just to make money off tourists who don’t know better. You are better off paying a bit more and booking with your hotel for the tour to ACTUALLY happen. Stay away trust me! It’s not worth the hassle or the lies. This ruined my final day on the island. Viator has to do better quality control of companies they allow on here. Not sure how this has anything more than 1 star!

  If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would do it without hesitation! My stay in Saint Lucia was absolutely perfect and unforgettable, all thanks to Kevin. • No driver came but owner give us alternative

  Unfortunately, no driver came at the meeting point, but the owner work very hard to find a new one that we have to pay on site. As cruisers, and due to delay, we were not able to do all activities, but the replacement driver accept to make us a discount, so overall it was a good experience.
