Our fun, one hour tour brings visitors on a journey through the history of mead. The stories of mead and honey are thousands of years old, and are intertwined with Ireland's myths and legends.

5.00Highly recommend this tour! The tour was very informative (and very well done). The award winning meads in the tasting were wonderful…ended up buying two bottles that I have to figure out how to get in my suitcase for the trip home! I am a beginning home brewer and learned so much from talking to the owner.

5.00Had a fantastic time chatting to Dennis and Kate who run this beautiful Meadery. We had a lovely tasting and a free tour whilst talking to Dennis about the history and business of making mead, even getting advice on my own hobbyist mead based on Dennis’ experience. A truly lovely couple and a fantastic tasting mead well-worth the affordable price. Cannot recommend this place enough.

5.00Amazing experience. We really loved learning about the history of mead and seeing their area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made it fun. It was the perfect amount of time for learning and trying the mead. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn about mead and some beautiful Irish history!
