  We had a wonderful tour with our driver, Joseph, who went out of his way to show us parts of the island we would never have seen. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour, Grenada’s history and lifestyle. He took us to the chocolate factory, the spice market, Grand Etang lake and the Annandale waterfall in the rain forest. In addition, at our request, he took us to a shopping centre so we could buy a present for our son. He was courteous.and polite at all times plus had a good sense of humour and knew a lot about cricket!. The price was reasonable, booking was easy and drinks (water and beer) were included.   This was perfect! Joseph took us to all the key points, and then some! He took great care of us by getting us as close to things as possible (my husband was struggling with walking). He knew so much history and facts, and I think he knew everyone on the island 😂 I’d highly recommend this tour.

  I honestly thoroughly enjoyed my time on the island. My driver was very insightful, friendly and good customer service. He made sure that I saw the monkeys especially more than I had seen the previous day. I would definitely recommend this tour company and also definitely return back to the beautiful island of 🇬🇩.

• Wonderful tour of Grenada

  The tour is a great way to see this beautiful island. AceVenturatours were extremely easy to book with: I made a late change to the date, and they accommodated with no fuss, and on the morning of the tour, they kept us up to date with where the driver was. Our driver was Joseph, and he was extremely knowledgable about the island, answered any questions we had, and stopped at prime locations for us to take photos. Our first stop was at The House of Chocolate, where we were given a demonstration showing how Grenadian chocolate is made. It was really interesting, and Emma was funny and passionate about chocolate. There is an opportunity after the talk to look around the shop. After this, we were taken to the Spice Market which was the only negative experience of the day. It is described as giving a chance to engage with local vendors and immerse ourselves with the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, our experience was not like this. We were introduce to a lady outside the market, and she took us to her stall and proceeded to give us a hard sell for about 5-10 minutes. In the end, we felt obliged to buy something, although we didn’t really want to. This was not what we thought we would experience, and we were eager to leave the market. From then on, the tour was fantastic, we were taken up to the rain forest where we had the opportunity to see the beautiful mona monkeys and even have them jump on us as we fed them. Following that, we were taken to the spectacular Grand Etang Lake where we fed the fish and admired the scenery. The final two stops were the Annandale Falls and Mark’s sports bar. The falls were beautiful, and a nice opportunity for a cold drink and a dip if you wanted to. The sports bar gave us the chance to try some of the island’s spiced rum in a traditional style bar. The pictures adoring the bar were a bit of a curate’s egg, but it was nice to sample some of the local flavour. All-in-all, it was a wonderful tour, and a great way to get a snapshot of this beautiful island. Thanks again to Joseph for guiding us and sharing his knowledge and personal experiences of Grenada.

  This was a fantastic tour from beginning to end! Our guide, Ishen, was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and so much fun. We learned a lot about Grenada, the culture, and traditions. We saw so many wonderful things and met such amazing people on our excursion - - we didn’t want it to end! This is a must do trip.

  No regrets booking this Tour. Inshen was very knowledgeable and kind. We got to visit the market, house of chocolate, see the monkeys visit grand etang and also the falls. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting to see the island on their own time. He was also punctual.

  We did the half-day private tour with Joseph. He was wonderful! Very kind, considerate, and he had a wealth of knowledge. We highly recommend him and Ace for tours and excursions.

  The day was excellen, well planned and organised. Easy to arrange and excellent communication with the provider. We had a lovely day and the tour guide was really interactive, engaging and informative, provided a lot of facts and fun facts about the island the culture.
