Pyramids of Giza
The Giza Pyramids and Sphinx are some of the most iconic landmarks in Egypt. The Pyramids, built over 4,500 years ago, are impressive structures made from limestone blocks. The three main pyramids were built as tombs for the pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Visitors will explore the complex from the outside, taking in the intricate detail of the ancient architecture. The Sphinx, a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human, is also located on the site. It is a massive statue, standing at 73 meters long and 20 meters high. We can take a camel or horseback ride around the perimeter of the pyramids for an extra charge, offering stunning views of the entire complex.
Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids
Next we will visit Saqqara which is home to a number of impressive pyramids and tombs, including the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser, which is believed to be the first pyramid ever built. You'll have the opportunity to explore the extensive network of tunnels and chambers that surround the pyramids, admiring the intricate carvings and artwork that adorn the walls. You'll also be able to see the Serapeum, an underground tomb complex that houses the remains of sacred bulls. During your visit, youwill learn about the customs and beliefs of the ancient Egyptians, and to gain insight into their impressive architectural and engineering feats. You can also marvel at the sheer scale and intricacy of the structures, and gain a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Egypt. Whether you're a history buff or simply looking to immerse yourself in a different culture, the Saqqara Complex is a must-see destination that is sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone who visits it.

5.00A fantastic day out. Could not ask for any more. Our tour guide, Omar and driver Karim were both excellent. We felt safe all day long and thoroughly looked after. All our questions were easily answered and the typical Egyptian lunch partway through the day was very welcome.

5.00The experience with the hotel and with Gamal couldn’t have been better! He truly took care of everything with complete dedication, kindness, safety, and familiarity — which is so important, since Egypt was a place we didn’t know, and having someone like him makes all the difference. As for the hotel, the service from the entire team is truly excellent — really excellent. The guys at the rooftop, the ones who help with the luggage, the housekeeping ladies — impeccable, helpful, very kind and gentle. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the rooftop is stunning, with an incredible view of the pyramids that no other place has. Honestly, for a vacation I recommend it 100%, because you will truly feel on holiday in a beautiful place with excellent service!!

5.00The attention is personalized, I got three rooms for my family all with excellent view to the pyramids, the restaurant is amazing also with excellent view, the tour included Spanish guide and a car exclusive for my family, we visited several places not just Giza, but also in Luxor and Alejandría, they also arranged our transportation to the airport who acomodates our different flights schedules, the hotel is very clean, safe and very comfortable, very good amenities and services, I recommend it 100%

5.00It was our first time in Egypt, that's the wife and me (Spanish/German). Fortunately we got Mr. Gamal's contact from friends (UK), who had the pleasure to visit Cairo earlier in the year. I personally used WhatApp to communicate with Mr. Gamal and organised the whole trip with him down to the detail, including staying in the Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel and pick up from the airport. Please believe me when I tell you, you need to have transport and our driver, was just brilliant. His English was perfectly fine and we felt save at all times. Arriving at the Mamlouk Pyramid Hotel we had an immediately good feeling about the place. Very clean and if you get a room with a balcony pyramid view, be prepared to be standing outside gazing for a good while. However, what really blows you away is the view of the three pyramids including the great Sphinx when you step out to the terrace of the restaurant, which caters breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you get the most amazing view in Giza from dawn to dusk and if you're lucky enough to catch the light show at night too. Early the next morning we were ready to discover the pyramids and sphinx close up and had a fantastic young man, who felt more like a friend, than a guide and wow! he was amazing. The whole history came alive, he had great detailed knowledge and kept things interesting for the whole day, including trips to Saqqara and Memphis, all the while having the same driver and and car that picked us up from the airport. Next day the same guys took us to the Egyptian Museum, be prepared to consider aliens, and then on to the Citadel followed by Coptic Cairo. It was simply mind blowing and as this review is getting on a bit let's leave by insuring you, it's a trip of a lifetime and if you want to be with a most capable organiser do get in touch with Mr. Gamal. The wife and I are sure we will be back, as there is so much more Egypt has to offer, like Luxor, Aswan, the Red Sea, the dessert and many more things. Obviously any future trip, I will make sure to organise with Mr. Gamal.
Egypt magical and perfect. Kindness and predisposition of its people at all times. I'll be back.

5.00A magical and perfect trip. Guides, transportation, coordination, schedules, recommendations and tips, everything was excellent. I felt very well guided and cared for. The places visited and the time and explanation of each visit was perfect. The transfer, details and guides demonstrate the experience and knowledge of the place and topics. 5.00The views were incredible. Some amazing pictures. The driver was very kind and knew how to have a laugh. The tour guide was great and made us feel comfortable. The hotel was amazing. We didn’t have the view we were expecting, but we weren’t there much so that didn’t matter. Very comfortable room. Food at the hotel was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Egypt. Omar in the tours team was great at arranging everything. Really appreciated his help.

5.00We stayed in the Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel for our 4 day trip to introduce our sons to Egypt. The hotel did not disappoint: the staff, especially Mr Reda, and the views of the pyramid, were absolutely amazing. As we were in Egypt for such a short time we wanted to arrange all the tours before we arrived. Gamal was very approachable and responsive to our messages. He listened to what we wanted to do, and also what we didn’t want (eg we didn’t want to visit any papyrus factories etc as we’d done that on a previous visit), and catered for our egg-free vegetarian dietary requirements on the tours. We were so glad to have our itinerary for the 4 days all sorted before we arrived: Day 1 Pyramids and Sphinx Saqqara Step Pyramid and Memphis Day 2 Full day Luxor East and West Bank Day3 Egyptian Museum Citadel and Alabaster Mosque Old Cairo Day 4 Half day Dahshur For our day in Luxor we booked the flights direct via the Egyptair website and Gamal arranged Cairo transfers, and for a guide and driver to meet us at Luxor airport. It was really nice that for all our Cairo tours we had Sara, as our guide, and Agamy, was our driver. Both were very friendly and professional and we got to know each other well over the few days we were together. As we hadn’t mastered the language we weren’t able to have conversations with Agamy but he had such a kind and gentle disposition. Sara was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun, not to mention a great photographer. We really enjoyed Darshur. Old Cairo was fascinating: we weren’t expecting there to be such incredible history associated with the religious quarter. Another great advantage of having a guide and driver was that we got to experience some of the local eateries and not a single funny tummy. Overall, we would definitely recommend Mamlouk Excursions and Sara and Agamy for Cairo and the local team in Luxor. Looking forward to visiting again and seeing more of Egypt.
