If we have to cancel the flight due to weather or safety reasons, you will be fully refunded. Sometime we also have to move it to a different day or time to guarantee you a nice flight - we reserve the right to do so Please note that the oneway railway ticket to takeoff is not included in our flightprice. Our pilots will happily assist you in buying the ticket if needed upon meeting at the station - no need to organise that ticket beforehand. If you travel on a SwissPass or halffare, make sure to bring it along as this will give you a 50% discount on that ticket up to takeoff. In the PeakPass or Skipass the ride is included In case of flight cancellation, we won't be refunding the money paid for the transportation with the cogwheel train.
