• Disappointing in comparison to many others we've done

  We arrived at the meeting point about 15 minutes before the tour was scheduled to begin after a fair bit of searching, as the directions we received were poor (they said look for the white tent, which turned out to be a permanent structure with a white metal roof). We were then lead to a van where we met our driver-an extremely nice man who, sadly, is quite hard of hearing and learned we were the only two passengers. He told us that if we caught up to another van at one of the various tour stops we'd be transferred to that one, but this never occurred. The van we were in was suffering from some deferred maintenance, particularly the suspension. Much of the day was spent sitting in island traffic. We got out at Marigot and walked around a bit, where we discovered at a local bakery and cafe that that uniquely francophone disdain and indifference is the same whether you are in Paris or Marigot. Needless to say, I cannot recommend.

  Today we took the Fabulous French and Dutch tour. We had the "Mailman" as our guide and he was delightful. He gave us a good tour and besides having sodas, beer and water he gave us some of his homemade, very good rum punch.

  No indication to find the meeting point and stop of 1:15 in a tourist trap. Strengths: the very kind guide knows his subject well, and offers drinks to quench your drink. We thought we bought the stop at St Martin's beach. Disappointment.

  Comfortable air conditioned van with good views Flexible on stop times. On time with pickup and drop off Excellent driver provided lots of information and history of the island, past and present. Circumnavigated the entire island giving a great sense of the space. Frien, courteous, professional, respectful.

  Not a certain pretty island other than the water and the outdoor shopping area. Tour guide was amazing.

  We paid $110 for a tour we did not receive. Because they failed to sell enough spots, they moved us to a completely different tour, at a different location and different start time than what was clearly stated in Viator messages. The only communication we received was a vague “pick up time changed to 9:30am,” when the actual tour start time was 10:00am. There was no explanation, no notice that we had been switched, and no opportunity to decline. We were placed on an Adventure tour we intentionally did not choose, because it was not what we wanted. This was a bait-and-switch experience and extremely unprofessional. Paying customers should not be forced into a different product due to the company’s poor planning.
