My stepson and I visited on the 16th of March and had a throughly enjoyable tour. I have three bottle none of which have been opened so until today we had no idea how the whisky tasted. We now know and I have purchased a bottle to enjoy. It was interesting getting a bit of an insight into the art of Whisky making. We have done a few tours of different distillery’s and while the principal is the same it’s really interesting learning how subtitle differences are achieved with slight changes in the process. Looking forward to going back when the bistro is open.
