5.00Almir was our guide, he was incredibly informative. His personal connection to all the sites and family history gave a unique and powerful insight. We got stuck in traffic for a while but he used the time to tell us more things and let the tour go a little long to make sure we still got to see everything. 10/10 would recommend doing this tour and if you can, request Almir as your guide.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! i thought it was an excellent tour. Helmi was an awesome guide, his narration of events and his life experience brought such depth to the experience. I learnt so much and have gained an appreciation for the strength of the Sarajevo people.

5.00Yesterday, I did the 2 hour city walking tour and enjoyed it so much that today I followed up with the 4 hour Fall of Yugoslavia tour. It was incredibly well done. Our guide Almir had lived through the war, joining the Bosnian army at 16. Despite terrible experiences during the war, he really came across as retaining incredible empathy and avoiding any kind of hatred. The stories he told were fascinating and in fact very life affirming. I strongly recommend this tour.
