  Very complete experience, you do everything in one day.our little step a little cold but the guides were super friendly and patient with them.the.motorbike trip a pass .the sleigh ride of huskies and reindeer is small but to know what it is is very good.the food a pass .and the explanation of everything about the reindeer in the kota very well tb.the little girl was also able to try the minibikes despite being still a little small.5years.a very pleasant and beautiful day.

  What a fabulous day! We were very fortunate to have a small group of just our family of four (children 12 and 8 years old) and another couple. Reindeer sleigh ride was first, followed by the husky sleigh ride, we got to meet and play with the huskies, they are gorgeous and so friendly. There was quite a long wait after the husky lap, and it was freezing cold that day! Thankfully they had a fire pit to take the edge off. We were obviously waiting for lunch to be ready, so it would have been great if we’d had the chance to do another lap, I mean the dogs were wanting to run so badly, may as well run them!! If not, possibly starting the tour a half hour later so there wasn’t this waiting around time would be better. Lunch was lovely, then we went onto the snowmobiling, which was fantastic. Make sure you dress with plenty of layers under the suit they give you, as the light fades it becomes very cold very quickly! The kids rode in a sled behind the toir guide, then got to have a ride on their own snowmobiles on a track for kids afterwards, which was quick but they enjoyed it. What a fabulous way to experience so many things on our bucket list. We will never forget this day!

  Very basic. Good for family with young kids due to extreme winter. The northern lights minivan with them in evening was terrible. But this tour was decent with a trip to their facility that has a sled ride with husky dogs and one with reindeers. The rides are very short. You don’t get to pay the reindeers. Some tried and were told not to touch them at all. The staff wasn’t very friendly and some even shouted at people very rudely asking them to sit down which could’ve been politely asked or told before they tried to sit on the sleds. The soup was nice. I wouldn’t do this tour or select this company again. There are better options specially for the northern lights where the guide and driver were not interested in finding light or even thinking about cancelling as the cloud cover was very thick.

  There is a LOT of waiting around. Advertised as 5 hour activity but you really only spend 1.5 hours actually doing anything! Nobody really knew what was going on except the family who owned the husky farm and they seemed very frustrated with the poor organisation from the experience company. It was really fun and our whole family enjoyed it but it really wasn’t as action packed as advertised. Go prepared to be standing in -20 for multiple hours. Kids were crying - take hand and feet warmers. This could all be avoided and shortened if they split the group up more effectively and you could easily get through the activities in 3 hours, freeing up time for everyone and lessening the time standing around.

  Absolutely fantastic experience from.start to finish. Alec ans Lex were great hosts, gave us very informative facts, interesting information about Levi and the animals we were visiting. They organised the trip really well, the transport was immaculate and well timed to the local venues we were visiting. Both the reindeer and husky experiences were second to none, getting to meet the animals too and pet them was very special. Lunch was served in a very quirky and cosy cabin. The soup and dessert provided were delicious and it's always nice experiencing local foods. Finally, to round off the trip we were taken snowmobiling. Despite the cold they made sure our children were wrapped up warm and took us across a brilliant track to get some lovely pictures as a family. On returning the children had a whizz around the minute snowmobiling track and had a fantastic time. I highly reccomend this trip for anybody visiting Levi, all round brilliant experience! Thank you.

  Good experience even if it was known the sleigh ride with dogs was a bit 'short and at least in our case the waiting times were a bit' long as there was only one sled that had to take turns to get everyone on. Overall though the experience was very nice including the snowmobile ride and very good lunch.

• The rides are a bit short...

  The rides are a bit short but are still good if you have a tight schedule in your trip. There was a big group of people joining this tour and you need to expect to wait for 30min for other people to finish their ride before or after yours. Also, the day we were joining was extremely cold but we were asked to stay outdoor for 10-15 mins for the husky rides. The farm should have better arrangement.

  The experience was great! Snowmobiling was so much fun! The staff of ARCTIC CIRCLE provided us with very considerate service. The pick-up and drop-off were on time, and they provided us with well-equipped costumes and props. They also answered our questions very well and were very nice. I would like to participate in the company's activities again if I have the chance in the future.

  The whole day was great. From crazy dogs who couldn’t wait to race around the track just dragging us along, to a smooth, calm ride with the reindeer followed by a fun ride on the snow mobiles. Staff were great too, helpful, fun and happy to answer any questions along the way.
