  It absolutely an amazing experience! The hike itself was filled with beautiful scenery that left me in awe. The waterfalls were especially stunning, a true highlight of the journey. But what really made the tour exceptional was Christian himself. He was so knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories about the area that enriched the entire experience. Beyond his expertise, Christian was just a genuinely nice person, making everyone feel comfortable and engaged. His passion for the outdoors was contagious, and it was clear he truly loved what he does. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Christian as your guide. You won't be disappointed! It’s a must!

  This was a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Christian, was so helpful and friendly. The water slides and cliff jump were definitely the highlights of the tour. Recommend wearing water shoes and be prepared to climb.

  Provided with the wrong address to meet. Telephone number for the tour was not valid. Wasted my last day of vacation and still haven’t received a refund or apology. Unreal and extremely disappointed. We work hard for our time off and money and this tour never showed up and provided wrong information.

  This was a super fun adventure for me, my husband and our two teenage boys. Our guide was charming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  Our experience was amazing! Our tour guides Luis & Christian were very kind and gave us some cool facts about the forest and its nature around us. They were very helpful with making sure everyone was getting through safely. Both took pictures for everyone to make sure we all captured our experience. It was beautiful and the walk through was amazing as well.

  Amazing experience with the family. Mikey, our tour guide, made the experience fun for our entire family. We went with our 8 and 5 year old and still had an amazing time. We highly recommend visiting this attraction in Puerto Rico but make sure you ask for Mikey.

  This is our second time to Puerto Rico. We did not visit the falls the first time we was here so we made it a point to visit this time, we looked into taking a guide, but they were expensive for a family of 7. So we didn’t ended up using a guide. But we did talking to some locals that told us how to get there if you don’t have the money for a Guide, you can still get there and have a good time without spending all the money. We did pay for parking. We all hade a great time and will visit again on our next trip.

  The tour guide was late meeting us at the destination point. The tour was to last 4 hours however it only lasted 3. The tour guide was to return us to the meeting point but left us at the rain forest. Customer service is zero help. Overall the tour was good but to short us an hour and to have terrible customer service is not worth it. There are a ton of providers offering these tours. Do NOT use this vendor!

  Myrllam and Blue were great tour guides. Very knowledgeable regarding the rainforest and patient with those who were slower going up and over rocks and roots. Roughly a two and one half hour tour. Worth the price of admission.

  This tour was amazing! Our guides, “pork chop,” “French fry,” and “burger” were awesome. They made what was already an incredible experience feel even more memorable and safe. They were clearly knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand to anyone feeling nervous or unsteady, even extending their help to a few people in other tour groups (seriously impressive)! They included lots of photos and videos free of charge, even stopping us in areas without other tourists in the background for the best pictures. 10/10 would recommend. They also had amazing food suggestions nearby after we worked up an appetite on the tour!
