5.00Awesome day out with the family. Our guide Mateus was brilliant - very knowledgeable about the island and took us some cool local places as well as the major sites - the poncha bar was a big hit! Our two boys (12 and 9 years old) loved the whole tour and especially razzing it down the steep descents from the forest off road. Very grateful for some excellent road handling skills from Mateus here! 😄

5.00We have just returned from a delightful private day trip with Mateus who was charming, knowledgeable, patient and showed us the best of the island. We enjoyed the well judged balance of culture and variety of natural beauty on offer. We had ample time to explore and appreciate each stop and it was useful that we could move on when needed in line with the energy levels of our 2 boys 11 and 9. Bear in mind that whilst there are public toilets at many of the stops, the facilities are variable so best to come prepared. The only thing we would have changed was questioning the lunch stop "meal deal", as we didnt appreciate the restaurant food which we found to be poor and not worth the €25 per head. Would suggest asking for lunch options and checking restaurant reviews - which we did not do.

5.00We were really pleased to have done this. Saw lots of the island we would have missed out on if we’d hired a car and driven. Our driver was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Traffic was terrible coming back into Funchal and there was no impatience from him. Door to door service.

5.00Loved this tour to pick up places in Madeira to visit, unfortunetly i had already seen many of them. It would help to have a list of places they visit and titles that are more accurate. For those reading this be careful and ask questions of the tours as most do the same places, mark the maps differently and give their tours a different name. So it is very confusing. Until you are doing the tour and find the same places are visited, i.e. South West Tours it seems are the same as West Tours. Also check the weather, many of the places we due to visit you could not see due to the mist.

5.00We had a wonderful excursion and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Our tour guide, Andre, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience very enjoyable. His driving was fantastic, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The sites we visited were beautiful, and the whole day was well organized. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00We enjoyed Andre s choices of places to visit on Madeira, his flexibility, sense of humor and mostly sharing stories of his life and his family’s life on the Island which he loves dearly. His personal touch made our visit to Madeira 1000 times better and more real. Strongly recommend if that is what you are seeking. All good🙏

5.00André is very nice and a great driver. It was just fun to explore the island with him. We arrived in Funchal with the AIDA, André picked us up right at the port. All in all perfect and only recommended 😊
