Please note that children under the age of 18 years travelling without a parent MUST have a letter of authorisation from their parent/guardian granting permission to the accompanying adult to clear the minor. Failure to provide this letter to the Chief Immigration Officer on arrival may result in denied entry into Barbados.
Children under the age of 18 years travelling alone must be met at the airport by a parent/guardian with government identification (driver’s licence/passport), and documentation to prove their relationship to the minor and parent/guardian will be asked by immigration to clear the minor.
If guests have any flight connections it their responsibility to ensure that they meet the airline required connection time. Five Star Fast Track will not be liable for any flight connections that are missed.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure that they have met all visa requirements and have in their possession the necessary travel documents to enter into Barbados

• You must complete the Online Immigration and Customs forms between 72 – 24 hours prior to arrival for each traveler. The QR Code provided is required for registration at the airport, please ensure have this readily available on arrival.
The duration of your Five Star Fast Track Service will depend on the number of flights that are arriving at the same time and on the efficiency of the baggage handling. As per airport regulations, individuals will be responsible for identifying and collecting all checked bags from the luggage carousel. You can procure the services of an authorized airport porter known as “Red Caps” to assist you with your bags at a nominal fee.
Please note Barbados has discontinued all COVID-19 related travel protocols. Therefore, there will be no testing requirements for entering Barbados whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated. In addition, the wearing of face masks will now be optional and is only mandatory for persons travelling on public transportation, working in and visiting healthcare facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and senior citizen homes. Please note that taxis, vans and buses are all considered public transportation.

Fast Track arrival service is VIP travel assistance that allows you to cruise past people disembarking from planes and skip long lines at immigration and customs. When you arrive at Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados, you will be met just outside the arrival’s hall by a representative dressed in pink and black, holding a sign that displays your name. Identify yourself to our representative, who will escort you to the Immigration kiosk, on to baggage claim, and then to our dedicated Customs line before exiting the Terminal. Great start, disappointing finish

3.00Booked a 2-hour meet-and-assist service. A very nice young lady picked me up at Virgin Atlantic arrival and fast-tracked me to the lounge in Barbados Airport—but the lounge refused me entry because they don't cater to Virgin Atlantic Upper Class passengers. She then accompanied me to the Virgin Atlantic gate. When Virgin staff started treating me badly, the lady simply left me there to handle everything alone. The whole "assistance" took about 30 minutes, not the 2 hours promised. Great start, disappointing finish. Not recommended for solo travelers who actually need reliable support.

5.00Grantley Adams is only a small airport but processes a lot of visitors. You may be lucky and be the first plane in but, if not, you can find yourself at the back of a very long queue for passport control. As we got towards the arrivals hall we were met by the Viator rep holding a board to greet us. She took us to one side and we were through in seconds (just make sure that you have done your immigration form in advance) and waiting for our luggage. Our luggage was reasonably quick but this can, again, be dependent on the number of planes arriving. We were then fast tracked through the Customs area whilst Viator contacted our transfer driver to ensure that he was waiting by the front door as we exited. As a result of the service we were having a cold drink at our resort one hour after landing - an easy way to start our holiday!

3.00Lady was very friendly and nice but unfortunately when a problem arose with the airline she left me there to deal with it by myself. Somewhat disapointing.

5.00Traveling alone through Barbados airport, the baggage claim took forever, but the Fast Track service made the experience so much smoother and stress-free. Definitely worth it for the convenience and assistance getting through the airport quickly!

5.00Very easy to identify the person meeting you as it’s as soon as you get off the bus. The lady who met us was very professional but friendly and guided us very quickly through passport control. We chose this service as travelling with a six month old. She helped us secure a porter to help with luggage collection and onward through customs and to car hire people Only issue was our luggage took over an hour with no information given, obviously not her fault but seems to be quite common according to reports online which was a shame
