Please note that children under the age of 18 years travelling without a parent MUST have a letter of authorisation from their parent/guardian granting permission to the accompanying adult to clear the minor. Failure to provide this letter to the Chief Immigration Officer on arrival may result in denied entry into Barbados.
Children under the age of 18 years travelling alone must be met at the airport by a parent/guardian with government identification (driver’s licence/passport), and documentation to prove their relationship to the minor and parent/guardian will be asked by immigration to clear the minor.
If guests have any flight connections it their responsibility to ensure that they meet the airline required connection time. Five Star Fast Track will not be liable for any flight connections that are missed.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure that they have met all visa requirements and have in their possession the necessary travel documents to enter into Barbados

• You must complete the Online Immigration and Customs forms between 72 – 24 hours prior to arrival for each traveler. The QR Code provided is required for registration at the airport, please ensure have this readily available on arrival.
The duration of your Five Star Fast Track Service will depend on the number of flights that are arriving at the same time and on the efficiency of the baggage handling. As per airport regulations, individuals will be responsible for identifying and collecting all checked bags from the luggage carousel. You can procure the services of an authorized airport porter known as “Red Caps” to assist you with your bags at a nominal fee.
Please note Barbados has discontinued all COVID-19 related travel protocols. Therefore, there will be no testing requirements for entering Barbados whether you are vaccinated or unvaccinated. In addition, the wearing of face masks will now be optional and is only mandatory for persons travelling on public transportation, working in and visiting healthcare facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and senior citizen homes. Please note that taxis, vans and buses are all considered public transportation.

Fast Track arrival service is VIP travel assistance that allows you to cruise past people disembarking from planes and skip long lines at immigration and customs. When you arrive at Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados, you will be met just outside the arrival’s hall by a representative dressed in pink and black, holding a sign that displays your name. Identify yourself to our representative, who will escort you to the Immigration kiosk, on to baggage claim, and then to our dedicated Customs line before exiting the Terminal. Wait times depend on number of flights arriving at the same time/the efficiency of the baggage handling. You are responsible for identifying and collecting all checked bags from the luggage carousel. 5.00Makes life easy getting through immigration. Only downside is the time it takes the ground crew to get the bags to the carousels which isn’t any fault of the team but it does take away from the benefit of using this.

3.00We flew in from JFK on Jet Blue. When we landed at BGI there were multiple flights that just landed. A couple of flights from London had landed right before us and another flight was deplaning when we were deplaning. Our representative met us as soon as we entered the airport. The line in customs was extremely long due to the multiple fights arriving at the same time. Our representative took us to what I believe was the Barbados resident line. We were through in about five minutes. Our rep told us due to multiple flights we saved 60-90 minutes. However, our bags took over an hour to come out. I started seeing the same passengers from our flight. The bag wait defeated the purpose of the service. Our rep told us Jet Blue usually sends bags quickly, but not possible with the multiple flights landing. She gave us some good tips of things to do while on the island and recommended downloading the cab app which I had already done. But I dont think I will do it again. The BGI customs area is air conditioned, some other carribean airports cystom areas are not. So with the AC and the long bag wait. I would not opt to do it again.

5.00VIP Fast Track is worth the cost. The standard line to clear customs was so long it would have taken at least an hour if not longer to get through. With Fast Track, there was nobody in my line and I breezed through customs within less than 5 mins.
Fast track Arrival Service (5-star) is great, the departure service is even better

5.00We booked the Fast Track Arrival Service at Barbados Airport through Viator. The service is provided by 5-Star Fast Track. The representative, dressed conspicuously in pink and black, met us right as we entered the arrival hall from the bus (you deplane onto a bus and then drive to arrival hall). The service is as advertised. There were people queuing up at the immigration and customs booths, but we walked right past them and went straight to the next available agent. We then walked over to baggage claim. Some people from our plane started to arrive at baggage claim before our luggage arrived so this service saved the hassle of the line, but on this busy Saturday it did not save that much time. Once we had our luggage, she walked us to the cab stand. There was a line waiting for a taxi. She went to the front of the line, arranged our taxi and fixed the price and took us to a waiting taxi. Again, this likely only saved 5 or 10 minutes, but it was a nice hassle-free arrival. On a different day we might have saved more time. Note: I estimate from the time we got off the plane to getting in our taxi was 1/2 hour or less. 5-Star also offers a departure service that we booked directly from them. This proved to be one of the best things I have done on my many trips. We arrived about 2.5 hours before our flight. We were late, but the representative called us and we told her we were on our way. She met us near our airline check-in. Our airline was alarmed we would not make the plane since the security line was long…over 1,000 people!! It was taking 3+ hours just to go through security. This was again a busy Saturday afternoon. We walked past all of them! Right to the front. It was almost embarrassing. She then took us to a lounge where we could have complimentary beverages and light snacks. Our plane waited over an hour for people stuck in security and some still missed the flight. We were through the whole process in less than 15 minutes.
