We cannot predict when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. In general, long lines are common at major attractions in summer, on most weekends, and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). The skip-the-line ticket enables you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee the days and times that produce lines

We had an excellent tour. Our guide Alberto definitely knew much information about the building and Gaudi. Pointed out many interesting things on the tour which I had been on a few times before but never to their level of detail that we had. Our friends also enjoyed it very much.

I feel like this is a super hard tour for a guide. The site is packed. Everyone is speaking different languages and has different cultural boundaries. Not everyone is familiar with Catholicism. Our guide did a very good job keeping track of us and giving us the facts. I don’t think it brought her much joy, but I also think she did the best she could.

It was fine. The guide knew very little beyond his script. Expensive for the quality of information.
