Sunken City Ruins of Simena

Your day begins with a visit to the Sunken City of Kekova, a unique archaeological site where ancient Lycian ruins lie submerged beneath the crystal-clear sea after earthquakes in antiquity. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, swimming is prohibited, but you’ll have a great view of stone walls, staircases, and harbor ruins from the boat. Optional kayaking tours are available for a closer look at this historical wonder

Castle of Simena

After lunch, visit Simena Castle, a hilltop fortress built by the Byzantines. The climb up offers panoramic views over the bays and ancient Lycian tombs scattered across the hillside. The village of Simena (Kaleköy) is only accessible by boat and is famous for its homemade ice cream and local crafts sold by villagers along the castle path.

Oludeniz

Continue to Oludeniz, Turkey’s iconic blue lagoon. Swim in the turquoise water, stroll the sandy beach, shop in local stalls, or—if you’re adventurous—try paragliding for unbeatable aerial views
