Kids pricing applied for children under 12 years old. For children, you must provide your own carseat. We follow the Texas Department of Transportation guidelines, which state: Texas law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.
4 Guests total required to operate tour (don't have to be all from same party). If necessary, we will call or text you, using the phone number you register with, to either refund or reschedule you.

5.00What an amazing experience we had on the Fixer Upper & City Tour in Waco! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and enjoyable. Brad and Caden truly made the tour special. Brad, as our driver , was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fun facts, behind-the-scenes stories, and local history that made every stop come to life. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does! Caden, our guide , was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and made the ride smooth and comfortable the entire time. We got to see all the iconic Fixer Upper spots plus hidden gems around the city that we would’ve never found on our own. The pace was perfect—not rushed, but never boring—and there was plenty of time for pictures and exploring. If you’re visiting Waco, this tour is an absolute must. It’s the perfect mix of fun, learning, and local charm. Highly recommend—thank you Brad and Caden for such a memorable day!

Brad and Caden were absolutely fantastic tour guides—so easygoing, kind, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell they really love what they do because they were also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so many interesting details about the city and all the Fixer Upper spots along the way. They created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere, and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed—just a really well-paced, thoughtful tour. If you’re considering this tour, I 100% recommend it, especially if you get Brad and Caden as your guides. They truly made the experience memorable!

5.00Nice way to see Waco. They drive you all about. Including to some of the downtrodden neighborhoods that you would not normally visit. You drive past several of the Fixer Upper homes. The tour guides were kind and knowledgeable and the bus was new and comfortable. Lots of Waco history and interesting facts about the area. Not really much of a “Magnolia” tour as they stopped in front of the Silos and drove past the headquarters. All in all- a nice time.
