• Terrible trip, ended with a car crash

  The driver-guide is very unprofessional and a danger while driving. First he arrived half an hour late in front of the Edge this morning without a warning. When he arrived he gave me a bad feeling but I decided to go anyway as it was too late to book anything else in Tromsø. He made it sound like there were no photo stops planned. It was up to us the tourists to tell him when we wanted to take pictures. We had to ask to stop to take pictures of the Sommarøy bridge and to explain we wanted to be on the right side of the road where all the buses stopped! At the beginning of the ride the driver was using his phone in his hands and taking calls. That is super dangerous!!! When we went back into the car after the 1st stop, he started to drive while the man in the middle row was still leaning in the door to push back his seat. I had to yell to make the driver stop it was really scary. While we were driving, he kept swerving into the middle of the road and we got honked at by several cars. The driver also never slowed down for bumps and holes in the road, so people on the back seat where flying in the air. I felt like I was on a roller coaster. During lunch he took a picture or video of us without asking and did not stop when a lady told her she didn't like it. Finally while we were driving in silence near Tromsø airport, he bumped the car into the one in front of us at a round about. This really proves he was driving dangerously the whole day. Note that his excuses were "sorry, it happens". Here's a picture for proof. We were back in Tromsø at 2:45 pm instead of 4pm like promised. That is a total of almost 2 hours of visiting I paid for and didn't get! This was a terrible, dangerous experience.

  My friend and I took a fjord driving tour with Legendary Adventure. In addition to having seen fantastic places, we had an exceptional guide, Aspen, who, with his explanations, introduced us to the Norwegian world and Sami culture and thought, also through music. I thank Aspen very much for his courtesy and competence.
