Meet your private guide at your hotel lobby in the morning, and head up to Hangzhou City by taking a 1-hour bullet train ride. On the train, discuss your Hangzhou things-to-do list with your guide. Of course, your knowledgeable guide will give you some suggestions, and he or she will customize your day based on your needs and interests. Below literary is just an example for you.

Upon arrival to Hangzhou, take a short walk by the beautiful West Lake as well as to enjoy a 45-minute relaxing boat ride. Your friendly private guide will share with you some interesting local history and stories.

5.00Today we do private tour to Hangzhou. Caroline is the tour leader. She is a very friendly, cheerful, and bright person. Going on this one day trip with her is very enjoyable. She shows us a lot of tips and is very helpful throught out the trip. She takes pictures for us, explain the history well, and she also help us order the best and most delicious food I've ever taste.

5.00Great day on the water, visited the largest housed Buddha temple and had a delicious lunch. Caroline is very knowledgeable and kept us on time to each destination. Make sure to buy the grade A green tea from the local farmers. A wonderful gift and treat for yourself when you arrive home.

4.00This should be a 5 or 6 STAR review! Caroline & drivers were excellent, professional & personable. Venues were lovely & brought to life with Caroline's enthusiasm. The precision of time, cars, trains pick-ups impeccable! I was asked by Alana (owner) to give a 5 star review. It is obvious she pressurizes her employees to remind clients to leave 5 star review..my message to Alana is: cool your jets you have provided a first class whirlwind prescion experience and most everyone will be happy to provide a 5 star review. BUT: DO NOT TELL ME TO LEAVE A 5 STAR REVIEW! I make up my own mind. I felt i had to make this 4 stars to bring to peoples attention amongst, what I am sure are all 5 star reviews because of the high quality experience.
Tea tasting description is a bit of a stretch

4.00My wife provided the main review which was very positive, however I just wanted to highlight that the tea tasting involved a polystyrene cup of green tea with our tasty lunch. "Tea tasting" description, to me, conjures up a totally different scenario. Otherwise an excellent day out.

5.00We had an excellent experience with our guide, Queena. She was very patient and attentive, and when plans needed to be adjusted, she always prioritised our welfare and best interests. Queena was also highly informative, sharing insightful knowledge about the sights and ensuring that we gained a deeper understanding of the local culture. In addition, Aleena—our main point of contact from the start—was prompt, organised, and very supportive in arranging the tour. Her gentle reminders and the group chat helped us stay well-prepared and clearly informed about the day’s programme. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a day trip from Shanghai to nearby cities such as Hangzhou or Suzhou. Everything was thoughtfully planned and well taken care of, from transport to food and service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

5.00Caroline spoke perfect English. She’s very knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant. I love the restaurant she chose at Hangzhou. The transportation is smooth and seamless. The van is new and clean with an excellent driver. I would rate this tour as a 5-stars experience.

5.00Wonderful day start to finish! We began at West Lake with a lovely boat ride and walk around the lake and then enjoyed a little hike up to sea the tea plantation. After enjoying some local green tea we had a delicious lunch and then went to the temple which was amazing. Caroline was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommend!
Excellent blend of China culture and history, nature experience and great cuisine.

5.00Extremely versatile tour for all tastes, superbly guided by the English-speaking LIN, a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. West Lake is a historic, garden-architectural and relaxing gem, depicted on the 1¥ note, as well as the famous Lingyin Temple and the magnificent tea plantations. The gourmets will also get their money's worth at lunch with local specialities in a wonderfully located typical restaurant. One more tip: if you can avoid the weekend, the crowds at the West Lake and the temple are probably much smaller.
