We had our New Year’s Day tour with Soo. He got up early and met us at the airport for our 15 hour layover. We came from Vietnam so our attire was not appropriate for 20 degrees. He provided jackets and warming pads for us! He went above and beyond to procure more jackets for our family. Our family was on 4 hours of sleep and he was so accommodating on how adventurist our moods were from lack of sleep and the cold. We got to see most of the main attraction that Seoul has offer. Car was clean and he managed our time perfectly getting us back with plenty of time before our long flight back home!!!

We were lucky enough to have Soo show us an amazing time in Seoul. He contacted us before the tour, gave details that made it easy to find him as soon as we exited immigration and he really listened to what we hoped to do during our time. We ADORED him and had the best day together - he was fun, informative, thoughtful and passionate about his country. We look forward to returning and highly recommend.

Hands down the best money you’ll spend on a tour. We love learning about the history and culture of the places we visit and have invested in a lot of private tours. We spent nine hours with Soo and really maximized our time at many of the important landmarks. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining, it felt like we were with an old friend who knew a lot about Korean history! We had such a good time. We’re already thinking about when we’re coming back. Even after the tour, he kept giving us recommendations for food places, which did not disappoint. He’s a great ambassador for his country and AI is unlikely to replace him or their service. We highly recommend awesome tours!

We had Soo and he was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable on history and culture. We asked to go to the Hanok village instead of the Starfield Library and it was the right decision. Soo prepared an itinerary and was very flexible the day of, helping us see other places we wanted to see. He assisted us at the Gwangjang market in buying street food and suggesting quality goods and stores. He also recommended several restaurants that we went to later, which were amazing and authentic (we were the only foreigners there). Soo was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great ambassador for Seoul and Korea. AI could never replace this type of tour. I would recommend this to everyone!

We had a great day with Hun during our layover in Seoul! It was fast and furious, but he adjusted and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and do. He was so funny and entertaining, it was like hanging out with an old friend. We left late to the airport because I wanted to do extra shopping, and he even offered to stay around the airport to make sure we made it onto the plane!

Soo was an amazing tour guide. He made sure that my family and I maximised our day tour by seeing as much as possible. His stories were thorough and engaging, and overall a lovely & friendly personality. He adapted to our needs and wants really well. 100% recommend this deal!
