The focus of this tour is dedicated to what makes Italian cuisine famous around the world: pasta, tiramisu, and wine. In an interactive cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta by hand, an art that requires passion and dedication, and how to prepare tiramisu, the dessert that embodies the Italian love for la dolce vita. Each dish you create will not only be a culinary masterpiece but also a piece of history, lovingly passed down from generation to generation. Of course, no Italian experience would be complete without wine. Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a selection of fine Tuscan wines, perfectly paired with the dishes you will prepare and taste. 5.00Such a FUN class learning to make papperdelle, tortellini and tiramisu! The staff went above and beyond, the food was good (wine too!) and the aprons were a hilarious surprise (you have to go to get!) enjoy!!

1.00Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Booking We booked this cooking class months in advance and were genuinely excited, as it was one of the primary reasons we made a special trip to Florence. Unfortunately, the experience never even happened. We arrived on time for our scheduled class only to be told that the chef was running late. It quickly became apparent that this was not the truth and that the class was not going to take place as advertised. Instead of receiving proactive communication before our arrival, we were left standing there confused and frustrated after having planned a significant portion of our day around this experience. What was most disappointing was not just the cancellation itself, but the complete lack of professionalism and transparency. Things happen, and unexpected issues can arise, but honest communication and respect for customers' time go a long way. We received neither. As travelers, we carefully planned our itinerary and booked this experience well in advance. To arrive and discover that the class was effectively canceled without proper notice was incredibly frustrating and a major letdown. I would strongly caution others before booking. There are countless cooking classes available throughout Florence, and based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a company that values communication, reliability, and customer service. A very disappointing experience and easily the biggest letdown of our trip to Italy.

5.00We can’t say enough great things about this experience!!! There were 13 of us and we all had a blast! Maggie and Sylvia kept it entertaining and educational. We laughed and made incredible memories. The pasta and tiramisu were to die for. And they kept the wine flowing!! Even the young men in our group were commenting about how they didn’t think it would be as much fun as it was. One of the best highlights of our trip!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

5.00Maggie was great, she was very helpful and kind and made the whole experience great. I will say though that the restaurant we actually did the cooking in was about a 5-6 minute walk from the original meeting point restaurant which would have been good to know as we were just following a guy around the streets for a bit at the start it was a little confusing. But still overall great!!

5.00Had so much fun in this class. The instructor is awesome and very entertaining. They provided hilarious aprons I wish we were allowed to take or purchase as a souvenir.

5.00I tried this pasta/tiramisù making class as a solo and had a great time, the staff were superb! The activity was definitely worth experiencing, I got to meet quite a few different people from around the world and now know how to make fresh pasta :)
