5.00This was so “Italian”! Wonderful atmosphere and simple great tuition. Ideal for adults and children…even as young as 5 years old. So simple and so delicious. You may think that with so much to do in Florence you don’t want to “waste “ the time but it is a fabulous experience and worth it completely. Enjoy

3.00It was a nice evening overall. The chef is warm and personable. There are a few recommendations I would implement if it was my class. The unlimited wine needs to start flowing immediately. We had to ask several times to sip while we prepare the food. I think the owner was planning to give us the wine when we sat down to eat. We each made our own tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli. We made one huge bowl of cream for the tiramisu and took turns stirring it. I would've liked to make single portions each. The cooked meal was just ok because our pasta was too thick and therefore too al dente. It would have been nice to have a meat sauce rather than just a red sauce so that there was some protein with the meal. You do get the recipes at the end but you have to follow them on social media and DM them to get to the menu which I found a bit off putting. To sum it up, I'm glad we did a cooking class but I would probably find something to fit my style better. And book it for lunch instead of dinner (on a rainy day).

5.00Fun time! The instructor was very funny and patient. She made it feel like all of the people in the class were family and helped us to make authentic pasta. We ate what we made and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

5.00The experience is fine. Kevin was very professional. He speaks several languages and is very attentive to all participants. Maybe we were too many and a little tight. I also thought it would be more fun. At times it was too much.
