The day in Tuscany was beautiful. Noemi did a great job of welcoming us and was very friendly and efficient. A great way to start our cooking journey. The farmhouse and setting was fantastic. Carmela and Alessia were both incredible. The entire staff was wonderful. I learned a lot and the experience was amazing. Memories and joy everlasting. When I got home, I got my pasta maker out and am ready to go. Andiamo😘🥰❤️🥳🇮🇹

My two teenage daughters and I had an amazing time with Noemi, Gloria and Ivana!! This was the highlight of our trip to Florence! We learned to make delicious homemade pasta and sauces, as well as gelato. We saw the gorgeous Tuscan countryside from a farm house. Made new friends. Laughed together, ate our delicious creations, enjoyed local Chinati and took beautiful pictures at sunset. We highly recommend you make this part of your visit to Firenze, Tuscany, Chianti. Chefs Gloria, Aurora and Chris were all amazing! Between the views, lessons and interactions, we had fun at every turn! Highly recommend and will be recommending to all my friends and family visiting in the future. The property was beautiful, clean and still adding onto it! If I come back, I’d love to do it again!

Absolutely an unparalleled experience! Max, Arla and Lodovic are pizza and gelato makers extraordinaire. I was flying solo, which can sometimes seem awkward… yet my group and the team of Max, Arla and Lodovic made this experience the memory of a lifetime. Kudos to them for being so welcoming and also experts at their respective crafts. I will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Highly recommend this tour! The tour guide/Chef Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. We started with a comfortable bus ride to the countryside and ended at a beautify farm with great views. The cooking experience was first class and the instructors, Alessia and Carmela, were friendly and patient with the group. This is a must do experience if you have the chance.

Be prepared for large crowds for the weekend. Everything was great and the food was delicious. Cabs were a little expensive. Loads of motor cycling and traffic was bumper to bumper

Great fun, beautiful views. The chefs, our instructors, were amazing. Wine, beer and water was free flowing. We made gelato and shared with everyone (milk chocolate gelato was easiest recipe). You will want bring cash to leave a tip and they accept American dollars

Fantastic night making pizza and gelato in the Tuscan countryside. We were taken by bus up into the hills behind Florence to a wonderful kitchen with majestic views. We were met by 3 our chefs who were not only passionate about what they were doing but were really fun and they made it very easy to be in a group. We were taught about making pizza and gelato while making pizza and gelato and the night just flew in. It was such a fun night and would highly recommend.

Noeme, Gloria and Ivana were the BEST hostesses for our evening of pasta and gelato creating! Their camaraderie was contagious and made all of us at ease and our eve was full of laughter and good times. We made 3 kinds of pasta and tons of gelato. Their instruction was excellent and the outcomes - 🧑‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👨‍🍳 delicious!! My fav was the pesto!!! This crew had it all together and made smooth seamless transitions from one activity to the next. Lots of amazing red wine 🐓🍷Chianti Classico ❤️. They took it in stride when we drank the wine that was supposed to go in the sauce 🤣🤣🤣. 10 out of 10 for this crew!!

This was so much fun and the tour guides made it historically funny. The pizza was absolutely delicious and so was the gelato. Chef Max was terrific and both of our pizza makers kept us laughing the whole time. It was like one big family. Definitely recommend!
