  Outstanding activity we really enjoyed our pasta and gelato class The Tuscan farm was a delight to see, set in the Tuscan hills and it was a very cool set up. Cris, Carmela and Alessia were fantastic hosts they taught us the steps to make delicious pasta and yummy gelato Highly Recommend

  This was the highlight of our trip! The team: Aurora, Tiziano, and Lodovik were not only great instructors but so funny. This was the best pizza I've ever had, and I can't wait to make gelato all summer. You're missing out if you don't book this experience!

  Amazing experience from start to finish!!! Everything was exceptionally well done and coordinated from the pickup location, transportation to/from the class location, explaining all the details of making the gelato and pizza, to how entertaining the staff was. There were drinks and picture opportunities in between all the transitions with time to enjoy everything and chat with other guests as well. The pictures speak for themselves! Highly recommend this and would 100% do this again if we visit Florence in the future!

  The pasta class was the highlight of our trip! We had 9 in our party and it was so much fun with teens and adults. We learned how easy it was to make pasta with just flour and eggs. Amazing! The gelato was also easy and good. I didn’t realize all the different toppings you can add to gelato - crushed red peppers on lemon gelato - my new favorite! Huge thanks to Noemi, Aurora, Ivana, Francesco and Carmela for making the class a memorable experience!

  This pasta and gelato-making excursion was the absolute highlight of our time in Florence. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. The instructors were phenomenal. Their passion for what they do was evident throughout the day, and they brought so much energy, quick wit, and humor to the class that we found ourselves laughing almost as much as we were learning. A special shout-out goes to Francesco, our pasta instructor. We were traveling with a group of nine, including my 80-year-old mother. Francesco immediately connected with her, and by the end of the class everyone—including Francesco—was affectionately referring to her as "Nonna." His kindness, patience, and sense of humor made the experience unforgettable. Our group was probably the slowest at making pasta, but only because we were having such a great time laughing and enjoying the interaction. Francesco never rushed us and made sure everyone felt comfortable and successful. The homemade pasta was outstanding, and both sauces were absolutely delicious. Learning to make fresh pasta from scratch was one of the most rewarding parts of the experience, and it's a skill I fully intend to use when I get home. The class was perfectly paced, allowing plenty of time to meet fellow travelers, take in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and learn both pasta and gelato making without ever feeling rushed. The gelato portion was equally enjoyable, with a wide variety of flavors to sample, ensuring there was something for everyone. Transportation to and from Florence was comfortable and convenient, and the entire experience felt like an exceptional value. We especially loved gathering around the tables family-style to enjoy the pasta and gelato we had prepared together. It created a warm, authentic atmosphere that made the meal even more memorable. If you're considering a cooking class while in Florence, choose this experience. It offers so much more than the typical classroom-based courses in the city. The setting, the instructors, the food, and the overall experience made it one of the most memorable activities of our entire trip.

  The team (Cris, Ivana, Angela, Francesco) was great and they really made the event. I would strongly recommend for anyone who wants to get out of the city for an afternoon.

  This was by far the best experience we had on our trip while in Florence! Our pizza and gelato chefs were knowledgeable, entertaining, so kind and made the experience fabulous. Our gelato chef Aurora was amazing! I now will be making gelato when I go back home. No more store bought ice cream. Tiziano and Ludovico, our pizza chefs had incredible banter, we laughed, learned and had a great time. My son (teenager) had a great time and wants to do more cooking classes as a result of this experience. If you have a chance to do this class, do it!

  It was a great, fun activity. The chefs Arla, Max and Ludovik made everyone participate, learn and have fun. We each made our own pizza and ice cream. What a great experience, great for adolescents too, so it is an excellent family time. I will highly recommend this tour. And the views are just gorgeous. If I could give more than 5 stars, I will gladly give them.
