5.00Our food tour in Florence was a real highlight of the trip. Paolo was an excellent guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about Florentine food and history. Starting at San Croce in the heart of the city, the tour immediately felt well grounded, with Paolo sharing interesting historical snippets as we went. The food was varied and memorable, including my first experience of Lampredotto, which came with Stanley Tucci’s recommendation!!. We also enjoyed a guided tour of the main market, learning how locals shop and eat. It struck a perfect balance between eating, learning, and wandering the city and we made a point of visiting some of the places again, like the leather school and San Croce which we would otherwise have missed

5.00My husband and I had the best experience with Paolo! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but also personable and genuine. Our conversations were delightful. We felt so comfortable with him it was as if we knew him for a long time. The food stop selections were perfect! We especially enjoyed the market as we wanted a little taste of local life. We would give Paolo 10 stars if we could :)

5.00Paolo was a wonderful host and was very knowledgeable about all the places that we went to!!!! It was great to have a guide that was able to speak with the food venders and help me buy things I wanted after the samplings!!!! With his gentle encouragement, I was even able to try a few things I would have NEVER tried on my own (and actually ended up liking!!!). It was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking to experience the variety of great food that Florence has to offer!!!

5.00I had an amazing experience on the Secret Food Tour in Florence with Cristina as our guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city’s food culture. Every stop felt carefully chosen, from traditional Florentine bites to hidden gems I would have never found on my own. The portions were generous, the pacing was perfect, and Christina’s storytelling brought the history and flavours of Florence to life. I left feeling full, happy, and much more connected to the city. I highly recommend this tour—and especially Christina—to anyone visiting Florence!

5.00Lucrezia was absolutely superb! We had the very best experience, tried some great food and drink that we could then explore even more during the rest of our trip, and had a fantastic evening with great people in the process! Can't recommend highly enough!!
