5.00We had a problem with our booking initially, and the staff were very accommodating and helped us set the right time. We drive out, only a 40 or so minute drive from our resort in Orlando. Once we arrive, we check in and they direct us to the waiting area. There's a gift shop with drinks and a small albino alligator 🐊 which started to get the kiddos excited. The boat ride itself was very enjoyable. They provided life vests on request and earphones for the noise, but I did not think it was that loud really. The guide told us a lot about gator life in Florida. We saw three gators and a lot of birds, including egrets. He was good with the kids and took their questions. November is wonderful weather. You wouldn't need a coat or anything but I brought a hoodie and was comfortable with the wind. If you're not used to the heat, a great time to go. We were brought back and we walked around saw the free shows. They have a lot. We clocked one after the other. They had a nature show with some other animals that the kids really loved and after the show you can hold a gator for free. They provide pictures you can purchase. I typically avoid doing these photo ops but the pictures came out very nice and the photographer was great. The only thing harder than photographing a gator might be kids and she was an instant hit with them. I wish I had gotten her name and the tour guide but I am terrible with names. All the staff in general were wonderful. This was November 4th, we had a 2 pm tour. Definitely worth the cost, it's a full day of fun and you really get to enjoy the animals.

5.00This was such a fun experience, our guide was knowledgeable with other wildlife in the area as well as gators and crocs. He had and awesome sense of humor, and made the experience super enjoyable. The food was pretty good, we got the pulled pork sandwiches, chicken tenders and fries, the buns were warm, I did add more BBQ sauce to mine, but the meat was moist and flavorful. The chicken tenders were really good and a decent size, the fries were really good, they were fried fresh and had a really good flavor as well. The whole experience was super fun, but my favorite was watching the feeding show with all of the gators and crocs. This experience was such a fun experience, our kids said this was one of their favorite experiences of our trip (we did a lot)

5.00Mark was very informative about the environment and habitation of the wildlife there. It was cool to be able to see the alligators in their natural surroundings in the lake.
Not a very good air boat but a great safari.

3.00We had Tod as our guide. He was just ok. We didn't see any alligators and this was our 3rd trip but with a different company and every time before we saw gators. I do feel that although it is nature and you can't guarantee anything the guides should have some idea of where the gator nests would be.
