We fish on a fast moving river stream, teeming with rainbow and brown trout. This excursion takes you to the most beautiful, isolated valleys with private rivers. This excursion is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts. We start with your pick up at your hotel in Mendoza and we will head towards a mountain ranch in Uco Valley. We fish trout all day watched by desert fox, distant puma and condors and at 2pm we have a barbecue lunch with beef, salads and fine wines. We resume fishing in the afternoon and return to Mendoza City at 6pm. Transport with guide is included, as are snacks, lunch and drinks. All fishing equipment is supplied. Horseback riding is available as an extra option.

There is nothing quite like the thrill of coaxing wild brook trout from a high Andean river, watched by condor and surrounded by snowey peaks. Fly fishing in Mendoza is the perfect opportunity to escape the crowds and enjoy pristine nature in all its glory. Fishing is possible throughout the year but the best months are from September to April. The rivers are two hours drive from the city and are mostly fast flowing mountain creeks in the high sierras. You will be collected at 8 am in Mendoza after which we will drive south for two hours until we reach La Carrera, a mountain road which connects Valle de Uco with the foothills of the Andes at an elevation of 2000m above sea level. The day will be spent fly fishing at an Andean ranch with a private river.

This was 100% worth the price and full day experience. Daniel our guide was a great fly fishing expert and really gave us individual attention to teach us the skills needed to fish. The river we fished on was indeed private, quiet and serene. It does take you outside the city but its a beautiful drive seeing the Andes. The barbeque lunch is more of an awesome 3 course meal with wine! Way more food and better than I would have expected. Theres a charming home on site with a kitchen, dining room and covered outdoor fire pit. The dining area we ate in was rustic and adorable. Would highly recommend this tour!

Everything about this experience was fantastic. It was very easy to book and great communication with the office staff. My husband is an avid fisher but I’m not. Pablo was very patient showing me how to fish. Both Pablo and Sergio were fantastic guides. This trip is perfect for all skill levels. The ranch is beautiful and quiet, away from all the tourists. Lunch was delicious. One of the favorite days on our trip, we would highly recommend if you want an outdoor adventure.

This was one of the most amazing excursions we have ever done. It is off the beaten path and legitimately up in the mountains. Our guide Pablo was amazing, along with his friend Agustina. They were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The property is beyond beautiful. Honestly the drive there was worth doing it. We will never forget it. If you are looking for something that is not a tourist trap and a true adventure book this. The hiking was not difficult, but wear a hat and sunscreen.

We had an incredible day flyfishing in the Andes mountains. Going up the mountains on the way to Valley De Uco we enjoyed the view of Embalse Potrerillos and the majestic view of the Andes. After arriving to La Quebrada de El Condor we got prepared for a very special day of fishing. Our tour guides Daniel and Agustin were very helpful, kind and accommodating. My husband and I were guided by Agustin, who shared with us his wonderful skills and was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a very special day in a beautiful place, listening to the sound of the mountain stream, seeing condors and catching trout. An amazing experience. At the end of the adventure, we were treated to a delicious lunch prepared by a great chef, Hugo. Thank you for making this tour possible and thank you to Agustin and all the team for all you do to make it so special. We highly recommend this tour.

This was the first time my boyfriend and I had been fly fishing and our guide Pablo made it a wonderful experience. Literally every detail was perfect. From communication and payment options, prompt pickup and drop off, excellent English translation, fun fishing experience with great instruction to ending the day with a delicious meal in the mountains. If you’re thinking about it, do it! Highlight of our trip.

We had such an amazing time. Pablo was so kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed ourselves and could not have asked for a better experience. I’m so glad we decided to book with your company. Everything was absolutely perfect and I’d highly recommend to any visiting Mendoza.

We were novices and our guides Pablo and Augustin were extremely patient, and really wanted us to have a great experience and catch fish. We saw amazing scenery, and saw some guanacos (mini llama type animals). Note that the lunch was more of a charcuterie board - not an asado lunch, but it was delicious
