3.00It was our first introduction to Tainan so it was nice to have a guide to show us the places to eat and learn about temple etiquette and some history. Our guide was nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the food is not included in the tour, which I found surprising for a food tour. I wouldn't recommend based on the price.

5.00This was a fantastic tour. The guide Jenny was amazing and showed me streets and places off the beaten path. I was impressed by her knowledge and skills at navigating the alleyways off the main streets. You would never off thought there was so much activity and culture down these alleyways. There was a good amount of information shared and area covered. Highly recommend.
Jenny made Tainan unforgettable with great stories, local knowledge, and delicious food stops.

5.00Jenny gave us an absolutely wonderful tour of beautiful Tainan. We truly enjoyed her engaging stories, deep knowledge, and the way she brought the city’s history and culture to life. The delicious stops at local food stalls were a real highlight and added so much to the experience. Without Jenny, we would never have experienced Tainan in such a fun and memorable way. She knows exactly where to go and shows you the very best and most charming spots in the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Tainan.

5.00We had wonderful food, and learned a great deal about both food and culture! Jenny is extremely knowledgeable about a diverse range of topics, from cooking and markets to temples, the colonial history and the cultural and literary figures of Tainan. Even if you have done a food or Taiwanese culture tour elsewhere on the island, you will not regret doing this one!

Friendly tour guide, tour not worth the money

2.00The tour guide was very friendly and good company, but the tour wasn’t worth the money. We hit two food spots and while we saw several temples and shrines, the tour was barely organized. At several points I had to pull out Google maps to guide us. This was probably worth closer to $20 instead of $78.
