If you haven’t seen Hozenji yet, let’s go explore together! Right in the heart of the bustling city, we’ll walk through an alleyway that feels like a step back in time. Discover Hozenji, and immerse yourself in the rich history and atmosphere of this unique area.

Dotombori

Just step off Dotombori's main street, and you'll find yourself in a lively area where locals love to gather. Here, we’ll stop by 1 or 2 cozy local izakayas (Japanese-style pubs) and bars and enjoy unique food and drinks just like the locals do! We’ll also walk through vibrant backstreets, hidden alleys, and local spots along the way. Your guide will take photos throughout the tour, so you’ll have lasting memories. Haven’t seen the famous Dotombori Glico Sign yet? Let’s go check it out together! ※Each walk between izakayas will be about 5 minutes (sometimes 10 mins).

Going out on the town to all these amazing, atmospheric, local spots in Namba with Tetsu was a once in a lifetime experience! Do not pass this up, you will get amazing experiences with friendly locals, and delicious drinks and food! I genuinely had a night I will never forget, and I’m so grateful to Tetsu for showing us spots we never would have found on our own. Amazing!

I had a really great evening exploring little bars with delicious food. Tetsu selected some fun places that I would have never found or explored without him. It was a pleasure interacting with locals and have Tetsu teach me about the local culture. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour!! Tetsu took me to a mix of local izakawa and bars that I never would have found on my own - some without signs even. These places had great drinks, amazing food, and had the chance to hang out with locals and learn more about the city. Tetsu is very knowledgeable and friendly and the tour was one of my best nights in Japan. Highly recommend to anyone in Osaka!!

Tetsu is a great guide! Happen to be me just on that day and he personalized the tour for me. Showed me the way the locals start their night drinking session and bought me to a Sakaya store where we can start our drink in store! Followed by 3 izakaya where as a tourist will definitely unable to find! Chat a lot and despite tetsu San English he is able to use translator tool to communicate very well. He has a set of izakaya jargon that I’ve learnt. Very useful for izakaya visit in future!

We went to local bars that you would never find on your own. Small bars that had small dishes of food to offer. The bars were really neat, I wasn't as big of a fan of the food as I was the conversation and drinks!
