Molokini Crater

Discover the beauty of Molokini Crater on an unforgettable snorkeling adventure! Your experience begins with check-in alongside our friendly captain and crew at Maalaea Harbor, Slip #80. From there, we set off across Maui’s scenic coastline, keeping an eye out for marine life along the way. Upon arrival at Molokini, you’ll receive a full snorkel briefing before jumping in to explore the crystal-clear waters of this world-famous volcanic crater. Beneath the surface, you’ll encounter vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and some of the island’s most stunning underwater scenery. From December through April, your trip may also include the incredible bonus of humpback whale sightings during peak season. Please note that all snorkel destinations are weather dependent, and while we always aim for Molokini, locations cannot be guaranteed for safety reasons.

Top shelf experience. We'll worth the expense!!! The crew were all super cool and helpful. They were constantly checking in to make sure we were all ok. Loved their down to earth demeanor. The food and drinks were lovely. Healthy and yummy! The boat was not crowded. Lots of open space to enjoy the ride. The music was on point!

Absolutely amazing experience! This was a mother daughter trip with myself, sister, and 82 year old mom. The crew was fantastic, very helpful with our mom who has never snorkeled and was nervous about getting in & out of the boat. The young men assured her that they would be right there with her. They were so sweet! The photographer was hilarious, got some memorable shots for us. Food was delicious. An added bonus was not only did we see a dolphin, but a mama whale with her calf, & they really put on a show for us! Our captain was thrilled that we got to witness that, as it’s very rare this time of year. We were so thrilled to have had such a positive experience, and to have made a lifelong memory. Thank you to the wonderful staff that made that memory possible!

Captain Jenna was great. The crew was amazing, helpful and friendly. The food was good. The captain went out of her way to talk to passengers. She found whales. The photographer was friendly and professional. Fantastic trip.

Ther will be a lot of boats and people in the water at one time. We counted 13 boats of different sizes, 20 to over 100. Nice ride out and back but too many people, children. There’s a lot for kids to do options for the water but for an older active couple not for us.

Awesome boat, crew and food. We couldn’t go to Molokini due to winds and rough waters but the crew made the trip fantastic by diverting to another fabulous snorkeling spot. The fish tacos they served for lunch were fabulous and great open bar. Really fun morning on the water. .

Awesome staff! We had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend. We had awesome whale encounters to. The glass bottom was a win for the little kiddos. We got to watch a whale swim right by the window.

Great experience! The tour also includes some non-promised but abundant whale watching experiences. Staff are kind and taking responsibility for the snorkeling activities. We stayed in the water for almost an hour and had lunch on the boat. A 5 star experience overall
