Freediving is about exploring the underwater world and becoming one with the ocean. If you’ve always wanted to spend more time in the underwater world then freediving is for you. I also run a one day freediving course that is a condensed version of the two day course. This, is not including the PADI certification. The cost is $150 USD ($300 BBD). Additionally you can purchase Gopro Footage of your dives for $20USD ($40BBD) This course will cover: Static and Deep Freediving but not Dynamic. Equalization, breathing techniques as well as rescue will all be covered but not in as much depth as on the two day course. Usually both courses finish with a fun dive on the ship wrecks of Carlisle Bay on the way back to the beach! Freediving is sometimes considered to be an extreme sport, and certainly you can take it there if you wish to challenge yourself and reach for your limits! However a large number of people come to the course seeking to learn more about breath hold and simply want to learn to better enjoy their time underwater and feel more comfortable diving down and enjoying the marine environment.

Great communication when booking, very knowledgeable about the theory and patient in the water. The possibility of getting some GoPro footage was awesome as well!

PADI freediving course. Hanna is a great teacher and able to pitch the course material well. She was able to fit in around my schedule at late notice which is always appreciated. Can't wait to get back in the ocean again soon.

The one day course was insightful, fun, and overall a great experience. I learned that my body is capable of doing incredible things and that I'm probably not going to drown if I hold my breath longer than 20 seconds. Lol. That's the thing, she really makes you feel comfortable with what you can do, that's what I loved the most. Highly recommend spending the day with Hannah and taking the freediving course.

Very informative and relaxed. Hanna really enjoys what she does and that always translates to a great experience. Location was amazing with the wrecks so close to shore and I can use these breathing techniques for soo many things in my day to day... Thanks Hanna :)

If you’re looking for the best free diving experience look no further, Trident Freedivers Barbados came highly recommended and thee Instructor Yohanna is by far the most equipped, fun and friendly teacher anyone could want! She’s all about safety and I felt very safe when freediving with her, Top notch 👌 Can’t wait to dive again!! x

Awesome experience! I have wanted to get certified in Free-diving for years and was pumped to have found Johanna from Trident. I highly suggest you go on a quick dive, spearfish, or if you have the time get certified with her.
