Let’s discover Frida Kahlo Museum and neighborhood from a different point of view, mixing top landmarks, beautiful parks, street art, colorful markets and take original and unforgettable photos!
We will show you all this while walking through beautiful Coyoacan - Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera's neighborhood and first capital of New Spain up to 1523.
We will take a break to enjoy delicious churros with atole in a colorful plaza as well as yummy tostadas & aguas frescas in the market. We end the tour at the Frida Kahlo Museum where you will be free to see it at your own pace.
**The Whole experience last 4 hours, including the time you’ll spend at the museum. Please plan accordingly. (Coyoacan is around 30 min from other neighborhoods).

5.00If you can request Rosa...do it! She is amazing! A wonderful guide with an immense amount of knowledge being a 3rd generation resident of Coyoacan and a historian who loves to nerd out (her words). Coyoacan is a beautiful area and the food was wonderful. Attending the tour and learning Frida's (and Coyoacan...and Mexican) history made the museum so much more enriching.

5.00I loved this tour. The food tasting was excellent. The tour of Coyoacán was incredible. Our guide was so knowledgeable and I learned a lot, not just about Frida Khalo, but about Mexican history as well. Arantza, our guide, was incredibly kind and worked to make sure everyone had a good time. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

5.00My husband and I really enjoyed the walking tour with Diego. He was very knowledgeable of the area and we were able to see all the high points of the neighborhood along with in depth facts about the area, buildings and history behind it. It gave us a better appreciation for Mexico City's history. Would definitely recommend.

Meg organised some great food tastings and gave us recommendations on places to eat after the tour finished. Would highly recommend!

5.00My mom and I took the Frida Kahlo & Coyoacan tour this weekend and had a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Maya, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. The tour stops were all interesting and we had plenty of time to ask questions and chat without feeling rushed. We also enjoyed all the delicious snacks that Maya organized for us! Highly recommend this tour if you’re interested in learning more about Frida Kahlo’s life and the neighborhood she grew up in.

5.00It was a fabulous tour. Coco was charming , sensitive to each of us and extremely knowledgeable. We sampled four different foods— it was a treat in every way. I saw that the ticket to La Casa Azul allowed each ticket holder entrance in another museum nearby. I attempted to do this but was told I had to contact Coco to arrange this. I didn’t bother , but information about this and an opportunity to visit the other museum would have been appreciated.

5.00This was one of our absolute highlights of our family trip in MX, and our guide Maria was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic introducing us the wonderful life and history of Coyoacan. We learned about Frida Kahlo's life, we tried the delicious local food and drinks, and beyond our expectations, we learned about the conquistador Hernan Cortez, and visited the house, church, and hacienda he built. Very fun and productive tour for a short 3-hr tour. Highly recommended!
