5.00The whole experience was such an amazing one at Waitomo caves! The glow worms are beautiful and really worth seeing. My kids loved this experience or driver Matt was super friendly and made appropriate stops for our kids to grab food and get some breaks. Our guide was really nice she was showing us how she pets the eels as they swim up the stream and my son got excited and got to pet one too! The tour was very informative and interesting. The duration of it was also perfect with kids!

5.00Do this. This tour was amazing. yes, it's a long day, but seeing the glow worms and getting to take some photos is worth it. Oour guide was incredible and we really enjoyed this tour. Highlight of our time in New Zealand.

5.00Quite a long day, with much of it in the minibus, but see it as a chance to see the countryside outside Auckland. There is quite a steep, rough track down to the caves, nothing too arduous but sensible footware is a good idea -;and in the caves. The caves themselves are quite simply AWESOME! To be in a cave lit by hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of glow worms is unique. Forget the camera, enjoy the moment!
