It was a great experience all around, it's my first time here and im glad i went this route. Our driver Dan was great, explained everything & was very nice.

Dan was a safe and friendly driver We stayed on schedule which was nice. The kids were happy with wifi on board and Dan was very helpful

Nathan, our driver and guide is friendly and accomodating. There is an audio information inside thr bus which I found informative. The tour went smoothly. The itinerary as listed was met. If you buy the toue via Viator, pick up location is in a parking lot for shuttles and buses. The shuttle departed and arrived on time. The bus is clean. This is a good experience for me and my family since its our first time in Banff.
