5.00Me and my mother had an amazing experience with Juliana, our private tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We felt very comfortable with her; almost like we were visiting with a friend. We traveled to Lucerne and to Mt Titlis. She helped my Mom navigate the ice cave, as I was too excited a skated ahead! We were especially grateful for how well she understood the local public transportation system—she made navigating it feel effortless and even taught us tips we can use on our own. Overall, this was one of the best guided experiences we’ve had. The sights were breathtaking, and Juliana played a key role in making this our favorite memory of our multi-country trip!
