It was very informative probably too much so. The guide was very soft spoken so even though there was only 4 of us, it was very difficult to hear her.

Poorly organized. Poor sound. Guide, although knowledgeable was hard o understand and just plowed through her content. Also, customer service at viator was awful

Our tour guide Elizabeth (or Elizabetta?) was extremely knowledgeable about the historic buildings and beautiful mosaics that we experienced. Definitely a worthwhile tour. The arrangements to get to Ravenna from Bologna by train for the tour were communicated less than a day before the tour but everything worked out. Highly recommend the tour.
