After pick-up from Goa, you’ll fly to Delhi and drive to Agra - The City of Taj Mahal. This guided tour gives you insight into Agra, a city famous for its Unesco World Heritage Sites where you’ll see the Taj Mahal at Sunrise (One of the seven wonders of the world), Agra Fort (one of the finest Mughal forts in India) and the river-facing Mehtab Bagh Garden (known for its stunning Taj Mahal views). Agra Fort
Early evening visit Agra Fort (a Unesco World Heritage Site) - is a historical fort along the bank of the Yamuna River in the city of Agra. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638 and one of the finest Mughal forts in India. Walking through courtyard after courtyard of this palatial red-sandstone and marble fortress, your amazement grows as the scale of what was built here begins to sink in.
Mehtab Bagh
Early evening proceed to a Photo Tour of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh — the moonlit garden — believed to have been designed by Shah Jahan to view the Taj on moonlit nights, far away from the maddening crowd, The garden complex is situated on the left bank of Yamuna opposite to TajMahal. It is a huge square measuring approximately 300x300 m and in straight alignment with the Taj Mahal. The forestry plantations and agricultural fields provide a green forecourt to TajMahal and its reflection in Yamuna. It's a popular spot to view the Taj Mahal at sunset.

This morning (at sunrise) takes you early to the breathtaking Taj Mahal (a Unesco World Heritage Site) to avoid the crowds and heat in the daytime. The Taj Mahal a marvel on marble was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in commemoration of his favourite wife, Empress Mumtaz Mahal. Just immerse yourself in its amazing architecture, history, and beauty. The magical allure of the Taj Mahal shall definitely be the highlight of your tour. Later back to your hotel and enjoy your breakfast. Note: Taj Mahal remains closed for visitors every Friday. If the scheduled day of the visit to the Taj Mahal is Friday, you shall be visiting the Taj Mahal on the previous day at sunset and can enjoy the sunrise views of Taj Mahal this day from Mehtab bagh gardens.

Early afternoon check out from your hotel in Agra and drive back 3-4 hrs to New Delhi airport from where you board your flight back to Goa.

5.00Its a fantastic trip - but a tough two days as there is a lot of travelling if stopping in Goa. It is closed on Fridays so be careful when you book as if your trip falls on a Friday, it is compromised a bit. Organisation is good and the Taj and red Fort is simply spectacular.

5.00Enjoyed the trip very much. Until the visit to the embroidery and jewellery shop. The embroidery is with no doubt very impressive and the explanation and demonstration were very interesting. However, it felt a bit uncomfortable being shown lots of jewellery that we had no intention of buying as jewellery is a very personal taste. I’m not a fan of being taken to places to fill in time on the tour and where the expectation is to buy what is on offer. If I want to buy something I will make a special trip to do it. This unnecessary part of the trip also prolonged what had already been a very long day. Day 2 was good and the sunrise trip to the Taj Mahal was amazing. Our guide, Mahesh, is super friendly and knowledgeable and took lots of family group pics for us. The car transfer from Delhi airport to Agra is doable but it was concerning that the driver (as with many other drivers in India) was obsessed with being on his phone, not only to make and receive calls but with the handset placed on the dashboard so he could watch videos. It’s well known that using mobile phones whilst driving is a major contributor to accidents, injuries and fatalities so drivers operating on tours and as taxis should be discouraged from putting passenger safety at risk. Having said all that, the overall tour organisation was seamless with all pick ups and drop offs working flawlessly. 👍🏻

5.00Really great experience. Our representative, driver and tour guide were all amazing!!! Mahesh our guide hit all the crowds perfectly. The whole experience was very smooth. Our driver knew his stuff also, talking to us about the history of the buildings in Delhi. Also showing us the India gate as we requested. Would fully recommend

5.00It is a long trip but well worth the effort. Organised perfectly from start to finish. Pick ups, flights and tour guides were exceptional. Tour guide Ratan was so knowledgeable and explained each site we visited perfectly and was flexible on timings and our needs. We had a driver from Delhi to Agra and for our whole visit who was excellent. Delhi traffic is so metro behold.

5.00Our trip was to go to Taj Mahal from North Goa From start to finish it was first class, taxi’s arriving on time to drop off at airport guide waiting for us he was a brilliant driver and informative, nothing was to much trouble, our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, the Hotel you chose for us was absolutely outstanding. Once we were back at Goa airport yet again our transport was waiting

5.00We have had the most amazing time on our tour with BCTI from start to finish. Once I made the booking Shakul the owner made contact with all the details needed and gave his contact details should I require anything else. On arrival in Delhi we were met by Prem our driver who has been fantastic in looking after us throughout and truly helped to make our trip special. He couldn’t have done more for us and was great company during the time we spent with him. Vijay our tour guide was also fantastic. His knowledge of all the sites we visited was exceptional and he was very engaging in how he delivered the information. The hotel we stayed in was fabulous and we were met upon our arrival by Nirmal for a personal and hassle free check in experience I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We shall definitely use again when we come back to Delhi. Thank you BCTI and to everyone mentioned.

5.00Wow!!!! What an experience! Raj our driver and Mahesh our Guide were absolutely brilliant. We felt totally safe being driven around by Raj who told us about some of the landmarks we saw on our journey from Delhi to Agra. Light refreshments were provided in our very comfortable car which were much appreciated. We stopped off at a local cafe for some food which was very nice and a welcome break on our journey from Delhi to Agra. Mahesh has so much knowledge and enthusiasm for his work. We learnt so much about the history and construction of the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. If you are wondering whether or not to experience this tour, do it! We were a little apprehensive about doing it because of the travelling time from Goa to Agra, but there was no need to be because everything from the transfer to the airport from our hotel in Goa to being picked up from Delhi airport by Raj and the journey back to our hotel in Goa was run with military precision. Well done Pacific Classic Tours! We are so glad we did it.

5.00What a fantastic experience. I was a little anxious before the trip about the logistics but I needn’t have been. We were lifted and laid for the entirety of the two days. Picked up on time at our Candolim hotel and dropped off only after we were shown into the proper line at Goa airport by a guide . At Delhi airport we were met by our excellent driver Prem who was right outside the exit door holding a large sign with my name on it. After being in the car for ten minutes with Prem I realised we were very safe in the hands of the an excellent and patient driver, in a chaotic Delhi. Prem calmly and efficiently took us to an even more chaotic Agra with no problems. We even had a short break where we saw a monkey eating some leftovers outside a cafe. On reaching Agra we picked up our excellent guide Mukesh where we proceeded to a very enjoyable tour of Agra Fort. Mukesh was very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining all about the Fort and its connection to the Taj Mahal. His information was clear and precise, and he kindly helped by taking our photos for us in all the best locations. After this we went to Mehtab Bagh to have our photos taken across the river from the Taj. We then were taken to the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel to check in. Our driver Prem waited and collected us after we got a quick change and took us to a restaurant, where he again patiently waited for us to drop us back at the hotel. We agreed to meet at the lobby of the hotel the following morning at 6am for the main event, a sunrise visit to the beautiful Taj Mahal. After a short queue at the entrance we then had a wonderful and informative tour of the Taj by Mukesh. It was an excellent and very memorable experience. Again, Mukesh was excellent at taking our photos at all the right places and angles. Mukeshs’ timing was perfect for getting pictures at the perfect points for sunrise etc. We never paid for anything at any of these locations as all tickets and admissions etc were taken care of. After this we were taken back to our hotel for breakfast and to check out. At check out Prem and Mukesh were waiting for us to take us on a tour of a marble factory. When we came out the factory there was a wedding procession which Mukesh asked if we wanted to see. We watched this for ten minutes before we said goodbye to the lovely Mukesh. Prem then safely drove us to the correct terminal at Delhi airport for our return flights to Goa, where another driver and guide took us back to our hotel. Overall, an amazing, unforgettable trip with many thanks to Prem and Mukesh for helping to make such fantastic memories.

5.00Fantastic tour. Extremely well arranged. Picked up from hotel, flights and all pickups went perfectly. Tour was amazing. The Taj Mahal was stunning. A once in a lifetime experience. Special mention to our driver Raj who was fantastic. Very professional, kind and friendly and a great driver to boot. Also our guide Shyam who was extremely knowledgeable and brought the story of the Taj Mahal to life. An absolute gentleman. The hotel in Agra was also excellent. This trip made our holiday. We have loved Goa but would highly recommend this mini adventure to complete the trip.
