Yellowstone National Park
On March 1, 1872, Yellowstone became the first national park for all to enjoy the unique hydrothermal and geologic features. We'll be exploring the Lower Loop of Yellowstone National Park on your tour! You will get to experience a little of everything that makes Yellowstone National Park so famous: wildlife, geysers (including Old Faithful), waterfalls, and unforgettable scenery. Opportunities to observe wildlife in an intact ecosystem, explore geothermal areas that contain about half the world’s active geysers, and view geologic wonders like the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River.
Old Faithful
The most famous geyser in the world, Old Faithful geyser was named for its frequent and somewhat predictable eruptions, which number more than a million since Yellowstone became the world’s first national park in 1872. Guests will be able to watch Old Faithful erupt from the nearby wooden boardwalk and check major bucket list item off their list!

Yellowstone Park is an actual dream! On the way there we had breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons and even crossed off my bucket list item of seeing a moose! 🫎 Throughout the day we saw wolves, bison, elk, mule deer, otters, and a bald eagle. We got to watch Old Faithful erupt, visit the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and saw a ton of thermal features— geyers, hot springs, & mud pots. Marcus was our tour guide. He gets 5/5 stars! Knowledgeable, charismatic, and really funny!

A great overview especially for a first time visit. We did it the day after we arrived. It was great to get the history and learn so many interesting things about such a large area. The 12 hours flew by. Mark, our guide, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and great at keeping the tour educational and entertaining. He checked on us frequently for needing drinks, snacks or bathroom breaks. He did make several turn abouts to let us see the wildlife up close a second and third time. I loved having the spotting scope to see the animals closer. We had several photo opportunities. He gave suggestions on other things to do while we are here. Food recommendations as well. He took the time to know our names and learn about us. I couldn’t think of a better way to start this trip!
