Set off aboard a vintage sidecar for a wine-filled escape along the most beautiful roads around Marseille. This private tour combines the discovery of Provence’s coastal vineyards with iconic sites, breathtaking views, and authentic local flavors.
Your ride begins in the heart of Marseille, with highlights including the Old Port, the vibrant Panier district, the scenic Corniche John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and the panoramic view from Notre-Dame de la Garde. Continue along the coastline to the small traditional port of Les Goudes, before climbing the Col de la Gineste, a spectacular road that leads to Cassis.
Nestled between pine forests and cliffs, this former fishing village is famous for its wines and laid-back charm. You’ll ride along the Route des Crêtes, with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean and Cap Canaille, the highest sea cliff in Europe.
On the half-day tour, enjoy visits and tastings 1 or 2 local wineries along the way.
On the full-day tour, you'll get more time to savor the landscapes of the Calanques National Park and experience 2 to 3 winery visits.
The journey ends in La Ciotat, where you’ll explore the wild creeks of Figuerolles.

4.00To start: This tour was lovely. Kevin and Eric were very kind and helpful and fantastic drivers for us. However… We booked this tour for four people with every intent of each individual having their own sidecar. We were not asked, at any point, what our riders mobility issues may be or if we had any issues with riding behind someone on the actual motorcycle. I felt this was unprofessional and, honestly, left my sister in extreme discomfort the entire time. The ride itself is lovely. Beautiful views. Wineries were great (we got 2 visits on the full day tour). I just feel that this experience charges a lot of money for expectations that were not exactly met based on what is sold on the activity page. Still, a good time was had by my family.
Amazing, we would do it again!

5.00Kevin was our pilot and he was fantastic! He is co-owner and a former motorcycle cop in Paris. He was a very skilled pilot and put us at ease during the ride. My wife was nervous, but Kevin had her smiling and enjoying the ride within minutes. We saw amazing vistas and stopped several times for photo ops on our way to a charming winery in Cassis. The video I took of the winding road from the pinion seat will have our friends jelous the experience. This was bucket list trip well worth the $$. It also left us with a new friend in France. My wife is still talking about this three cruise ports later.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

5.00A fantastic tour of Marseille and the surrounding area by motorbike sidecar. Our guide was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Some pleasant surprises were included along the way which really made it something special and so much fun! Highly recommend this tour! A+++

5.00This tour was THE BEST! My aunt and I had so much fun with Kevin. We laughed, tried the most delicious wine, and zipped around the beautiful landscape of Cassis. To top it off, a few days after our tour, we messaged the company for restaurant recommendations and they delivered! Kevin and Eric are amazing! Such a great company with guides that truly care about their customers! What a memorable experience!

5.00Absolutely wonderful!!! Highly recommend …. We did a tour with 8 of us friends and had a great time. We did a 4 hour tour and was hoping to go to a couple wineries. We only went to one. But Cassis was absolutely beautiful!!! Wish we had more time there. Eric and his team were great! Thank you!!!!

5.00This was the best guided tour we have ever done. If you are going to be in the area, we highly recommend taking a tour with La Belle Échappée. Eric was an amazing guide!

5.00Fun day! Eric was super nice, spoke excellent English & was well prepared; even provided warm jackets & ponchos when it rained unexpectedly. The motorcycle w sidecar was a thrill, turning heads & getting big smiles everywhere we went. Scenery was great; winding roads up to magnificent views, through forests, vineyards, villages and along the coast. The port of Cassis & the medieval village of Castellet are charming. Overall a great adventure.

5.00This was probably one of the most fun days I’ve had. There is something about being on a bike. While it was a Sunday and most wineries were closed, our guide did a fantastic job of showing us locals only spots and making it a memorable day!

5.00This is the kind of trip you will remember for a very long time. Eric picked me up from my hotel and we zipped through the city of Marseille before hugging the coastline to vineyard. This was my first time riding on a sidecar - no motorcycle experience necessary, although I am a 2-wheel enthusiast and know of the history of Urals which made it all the better. When you sign up for this tour, your motorcycle will be driven by a professional driver, and the two available spaces are in the sidecar and behind the driver. The big selling point of this type of trip is the experience. You smell the grapes as you approach the vineyard, the wind on your face, and the ability to have total freedom to stop and enjoy the scenery without sitting in a stuffy bus with other tourists. Eric took me to the best lookout points along the coast, including a coffee stop in Cassis port on the water. I hope to take this tour again when I come back to southern France. Highly recommended.
