  The tour guide, Quan was very informative and helpful. Perfect pace and wonderful tour to Quebec City. It was a lovely day and perfect visit to Quebec City and included destinations.

  The bus was not very new, not very comfortable for such a long trip and made noise at the back. Serge, the driver, is friendly and humorous, but he can sometimes seem a little heavy and his humor will not please everyone. He was also a little insistent on tips. The tour started with Montmorency Falls, but the time allotted was really too short to get off, take pictures and get back to the bus in 30 minutes. It would be ideal to plan the visit via the Falls Bridge and give much more time, which could be possible by leaving earlier and returning later, especially with a very comfortable bus. The bus tour of the old town was interesting and well commented, with clear explanations from Katia. The walking tour of the old town, until lunchtime, was pleasant and informative. The Château Frontenac is beautiful, and the free time left in the old town was enough for us (we had taken our meal), but also for those who want to have lunch at the restaurant or visit the shops. In short, a well-organized and informative excursion, with beautiful sites and a competent guide, but some logistical aspects (bus, timing at the falls) could be improved.

  Our guide William made this experience so great. He speaks multiple languages and really makes sure we are where we need to be. He's friendly, funny, and informative. Bus was clean and comfortable too.

  Carolina was a great tour guide, very compassionate and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable at every step of the way and gave fun tid-bits about the places we passed by and went to. Gave the tour in 3 different languages flawlessly. Christian was a great driver. Our guide inside Quebec, Richard, was excellent as well.

  This was a great experience. I wanted to take a day trip to Quebec from Montreal and thought about taking the train. This was so much better. Our tour guide Carolina was wonderful. Quebec is beautiful. I’m glad I was able to make the stop.

  It is important that they have staff who speak more languages than, although they specify that only English and French are spoken, they should also cover Spanish.

  A great day out. Well timed etc. Good guide. Town is beautiful. The journey on the highway is easy and sufficient stops.
