This was a great experience. I wanted to take a day trip to Quebec from Montreal and thought about taking the train. This was so much better. Our tour guide Carolina was wonderful. Quebec is beautiful. I’m glad I was able to make the stop.

It is important that they have staff who speak more languages than, although they specify that only English and French are spoken, they should also cover Spanish.

A great day out. Well timed etc. Good guide. Town is beautiful. The journey on the highway is easy and sufficient stops.

Very interesting and pleasant visit, we made the cruise on the St. Lawrence: very informative. The only downside was the approximate French of the guide (very friendly), to understand everything he said we were waiting for the English version.

I visited on October 21. I thought it might be a little late from the peak of the autumn colors, but it was just the right season, probably because of global warming. Unfortunately, the weather was dry and rainy. The tour starts at 6:45am and departs at 7:00am for a three-hour bus ride each way. The return bus arrives at Montreal at 16:40am at the site at around 20:00am. On the bus to the destination, our guide explained the history of Quebec in English, French and Chinese. I explained some other languages as much as possible, but I didn’t feel like I could speak Japanese, so I listened and listened to explanations on a smartphone translation app. I think I understood about half of it with the app. In downtown Quebec City, a dedicated guide explained in English, but a child said he had trouble hearing because of his strong French accent. I was frustrated with the price of the Montmorency waterfalls, and the fact that I could have planned more efficient ways to get around the city in advance if I had a little more time in the city. It was a reasonable price, including transportation, and I was satisfied with the totality.

Excellent option for people crunched for time and still trying to max out of the qubec city. Very useful one hour inner city tour and then you have almost 2.5 hours all hy yourself to explore to city ( almost 5 if you dont take the boat cruise as we did ) - enough to take the walks around most of the place and absorb it along. They did falls on their way back, which made sense for us, as it wasn't that much fascinating. Quebec city just blew us away with the beauty. Nice comfortable bus with enough stops in between ... we recommend this tour very highly - its budget friendly too

Smooth trip to Montmorency Falls and Quebec City; adequate time to enjoy. We had a clean bus with overhead storage or backpacks and coats, we had a great driver. Yang, our host, was clear and concise, prompt on departures and added local to his explanations. The 1 hour tour with richard, gave only the highlights, and allowed you to pursue your own day at your own pace. Blessed with cool weather and no rain, the city is walkable and there are many historical sites within reach. Excellent hugs, food choices, and bakeries / souvenir stalls.

The falls was disappointing. Not worth the money, Quebec city was beautiful though. Plus had to pay for extra for cable car to see the Falls which was not picturesque. Cruise was an $65 snd it was just okay.

Very informative day out. Tour guide William was amazing able to speak at least 5 different languages without a fault. William made sure everyone knew what was happening and the walking tour guide was great. A pleasant day spent in the quaint European Quebec City. Took the Hassel out of driving.

Good excursion that allows you to discover quebec with an incredible on-site guide. Before that stop at Montmorency Falls beautiful panorama. I did not take the gondola by choice and I do not regret the view from below was beautiful.
