The palace gardens are free from November to March, so no tickets are required during this period. (Prices are adjusted accordingly) There are no musical or fountain shows during these months.
No Onboard Restrooms: Please note that there are no toilet facilities available on the bus.
In the rare event that the bus transfer cannot operate due to unforeseen circumstances, public transport will be used instead, accompanied by a GetYourGuide representative.
The fullday option (with Trianon Estate) involves significant walking and is not recommended for those with mobility issues

1.00Stay away from this company in Paris! Booked a tour of the Palace of Versaille on Thursday last. Tour was touted as being a 5 hour tour of the Palace and gardens, specifically says that we would have 3 hours in the gardens. Tour of the Palace lasted less than an hour, we were then told the gardens were closed so we could not enter. Nowhere in the advertising were we informed that the gardens could potentially be closed. We were told we could walk around Versailles town centre or walk around the rooms again until the bus came back. Ended up getting the RER back to Paris. Tour guide said that he would organise a refund, which was welcome. Checked email today, the tour cost 107 euros, received a refund of 10 euros! Some joke! 😂 If you're thinking of using this crowd to visit Versailles, save yourself the hassle, read the wikipedia article and get the RER out instead, save yourself a 100 euros! 😂

5.00The experience was so smooth and so friendly. When you arrive at the office, they tell you exactly what will happen throughout the day. You walk to the coach with very comfortable seats. The guide shares facts about Paris and Versailles as you drive to the palace. Once there, you skip the line and head right in to start the tour. So, so easy and I was absolutely delighted. My mom is 75 and has mobility issues and she was able to complete the tour. We had an amazing time! Highly recommend!

5.00I booked this tour as a result of a rainy day in Paris. My original plan was the e-bicycle tour to Versailles but the weather didn’t cooperate. This tour was half the time and it was lovely. The bus to and from was easy to navigate. The tour guide made the day perfect. There was even extra time for lunch at Angelina’s. Overall this trip is worth the $$. Thank you, Viator.

5.00Unfortunately the day didn't start as expected. We signed up for a full day guided tour and the tour operator had us for a half day. Not sure where the communication broke down. Our tour guide was very good for the half day session in building. Due to high winds the gardens were shut down so in the end we saw all that we would be able to see even with the Viator snafu. Viator did treat us very fairly with refunding a generous amount for what we missed and the trouble. I will continue to use Viator.
