Your tour begins early, your guide picking you up at 9:00 AM from your hotel in Sapa. Heading north, you’re bound for the terraced rice fields carved directly into the lush mountains. As you amble through the valley, your guide will tell of the centuries-long history of the Hmong people who have been utilizing this traditional approach to farming for over 300 years. If you’re interested, you can even try your hand at harvesting some rice with a group of local farmers to get a real taste of local life. After dining on Hmong specialties at a popular local restaurant, you’ll head to the Ta Phin Valley to explore a village inhabited by the Red Dao people, famous for their intricate and handcrafted traditional clothing. You’ll spend the night with a local family, this priceless experience granting an unfiltered view into a rich and storied culture.

After breakfast the next morning, you’re off to another day of cultural immersion and sublime vistas. You’ll drive to Trung Chai village, renowned for its panoramic views, and stop for a picnic lunch. Walking through more picturesque rice fields, you’ll stop in Chu Lin village, to discover the life and customs of a small Hmong tribe. After pausing to take in more of the serene views, you’ll head back to Sapa, no doubt filled with reverence and respect for the diverse cultures of the region.

5.00Superb two-day trek with our guide Lala. The treck goes through beautiful landscapes, rice fields, villages, bamboo forests and our guide was great! Lala who speaks very good English was very attentive, professional and gave us many explanations about the life of the inhabitants, about nature, rice cultivation, etc. We loved spending these two days with Lala! The homestay was also a great experience. I highly recommend this treck, and thank you to Lala!

5.00The trek with Su was great. We have made quite a few trips, and had a lot of guides, but Su is by far the best. The weather was not with us and foggy, but she knew thanks to her professionalism and personality to make us have a wonderful day. We will have wonderful memories of that day.

5.00During our trip to Vietnam we contacted Vietnam Nomad trail to arrange a 2 day hike to Sapa with homestay with a very friendly guide speaking good French, a 2 day cruise on Lan Ha Bay and book private transport or bus.We exchanged with Thanh Tran in French who was attentive and understood all our wishes. It was very efficient and everything went smoothly. We had a great time in Vietnam. We thank very much this agency which is very serious and which is very good advice. 5.00I spent 2 days with Su. The first one we were 9 people then the second one i was alone with Su. She is very experienced, kind, she is the perfect guide for walks in the villages and the nature around Sapa. She adjusts the program if necessary, depending the weather and people's health. I recommend 2 days tour to have the chance to spend the night in one of the villages as Ta Van. Thank you Su!

5.00Very good tour with Su, our guide! First day excursion through the rice fields and night in a fantastic Homestay. Lan, the daughter of Homestay, prepared a delicious dinner!! The second day, we made the excursion in a bamboo forest and stopped at the waterfall. Super recommended the two day tour! And Su, the best!!

We are very satisfied by this trek, especially because we did it in the company of Lithy Cai, our sympathetic guide, who knows very much the territory, the rows with less touristic flow, and explain us very clearly the traditional way of life of people who live there.
