This was an outstanding tour from start to finish. Communication with the agency was smooth and direct, always with kindness and professionalism. A very special mention goes to our guide, Almir. He is truly someone you don’t forget: full of energy, always smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable (we got inspired to read many books😅) . What stood out even more was his strength and warmth. Despite having gone through such a painful personal loss during the war, he carries himself with remarkable positivity and humanity. It made the experience not only informative, but deeply meaningful. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and recommend this tour!

The tour was amazing and Almir, our guide, was so good. I was so impressed and shocked of all what happened in Srebrenica and that was also thanks to all the explanations that were given during the tour. So 10/10 for the tour and Almir. 💫

Trip was awesome and the tour company and guide Almir were great. The genocide was a tragic failure and hums of unresolved justice for the perpetrators. Seeing and reading the victims and survivors stories is incredible and saddening

Almir was a great guide so informative and speaks from his own personal experiences of the war including his loss. The tour is very sobering and educational and highly recommended Srebrenica is beautiful itself but its recent history is tragic

An incredibly sad but important and eye opening experience which is a must if you are ever travelling to Bosnia. Emir was a fantastic guide and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him, listening to his perspectives on the war and genocide in Bosnia, and life in the country since. I couldn’t recommend a better tour group to do this experience through. The entire day ran seamlessly, and we had ample time to walk through the museum and cemetery. Thank you for sharing your countries history with us.

Our guide, Almir, was amazing. This experience is very interesting but very upsetting and Almir guided us with sensitivity, huge knowledge and a great variety of sources which made it even more compelling. It is quite a long drive but he explained the background, history and events of the terrible genocide during the journey which added greatly to the information provided in the museum. The guide in the Museum was also excellent.

Visiting Srebrenica is not like any other experience and it was important for us to do it with someone like Almir who - as we were driving up the winding roads that slowly took us there - provided us with the right amount of information and some very precious context. If only people learnt from their mistakes and past history… thanks Meet in Bosnia for this wonderful opportunity. We hope more and more people will get the chance to be accompanied by you throughout this painful but needed journey! Eleonora & Marco

Majored in archeology and a big fan of car rallies, our Emir was a very knowledgeable and skillful guide and driver to take us from Sarajevo to Srebrenica. Having visited many of holocaust related in Poland and Germany, I had very similar devastating feelings in different senses after the visit, which I wish to share with those who don’t know what happened in July 1995
