Meet Bosnia Tours
The starting time is 8:00 a.m. usually in front of Meet Bosnia Agency at the Gazi Husrev Begova 75, but can be arranged from elsewhere, if requested. After a small introduction and giving to our guest complimentary bottles of water, and we start the tour.

5.00Senad was a wonderful tour guide, from the minute he picked us up from our hotel he was engaging and exceptionally helpful, answering all questions we had and giving us a full history lesson on all the beautiful places we were visiting. I especially enjoyed hearing about the ottoman empire and Bosnia’s past. He was very polite always opening and shutting the door for us as we got in and out at our different locations. Senad had a lovely personality and was very funny! I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting the country!

5.00Yesterday I joined a full-day tour to Travnik, Jajce, the Pliva Lakes and the watermills, organized by Meet Bosnia Tours. All praise goes to our guide and driver Ejub — he is a true walking encyclopedia, and our entire group was absolutely impressed by his knowledge, passion, and approach. If you want to truly experience Bosnia and Herzegovina, look no further. I am a licensed tour guide myself, and I know how to recognize when someone gives their whole heart to the job they do — and Ejub is exactly that kind of professional.

5.00I went on a full day tour to Travnik and Jajce with Meet Bosnia Tours. I only decided to go the day before, but it turned out to be one of the most rewarding days of my time in Bosnia. Alem was a fantastic guide and a great conversationalist. I learned a huge amount from him about Bosnian history, especially the historical depth and complexity of Central Bosnia, and he was generous and thoughtful in answering my many questions throughout the day. As I was the only person on the tour, I was able to tailor the experience slightly, which made it feel especially in depth and engaging. We had long, meaningful conversations while travelling through some truly breathtaking mountainous landscapes, scenery that alone makes you want to return and explore Bosnia more deeply. Travnik was a particular highlight for me. Being able to pray at Šarena Džamija was something I had long hoped to do, and it made the visit especially meaningful. The Waterfalls in Jajce were incredibly striking, as were the Pliva Lakes and Watermills. I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough. Many thanks to Meet Bosnia Tours for organising the trip despite me being the only participant that day.

4.00I wish we would spend more time enjoying nature rather than having a stop at the cevapi cafe near Travnik fortress. Unfortunately, Jajce castle and catacombs were closed this time. Other than that the tour was enjoyable, and our guide Christian did him best to cheer up my 11 yo son during this quite long drive.

4.00A great experience. Travelling in winter meant there were no crowds. Our guide Senad was very knowledgeable about the history of the country and the areas we visited. The scenery was beautiful and the two towns Travnik and Jajce, were lovely - so much history in both. Senad explained everything we saw. Definitely worth joining this tour.

5.00This was a fabulous tour. The Jajce waterfall and watermills were the highlight for me but I also enjoyed the views from the fortress in Travnik and the colorful mosque. Some things were closed due to winter but our guide kept us entertained with alternative activities. If you go on this tour - I recommend not eating breakfast before. Our guide Kris was not only super knowledgeable but he also was friendly with many tips and stops for food.

5.00Beautiful and very enjoyable tour This tour from Sarajevo was a great day out, with wonderful stops in Travnik, Jajce, and the stunning Pliva Lakes and watermills. Everything was well organized, the scenery was amazing, and the guide, Alem was friendly and informative. A really lovely experience that I’d happily recommend.

5.00We were on a field trip when it snowed. The views are unreal! The guide is knowledgeable, showed and told about great places. Very comfortable car, got there comfortably. At first I wanted to get to these places on my own, but in the off-season it is not clear how transport travels, so I decided to take a tour.
