It was my first time in Rio as a solo female traveler and the company communicated with me to confirm all details prior to my trip and even during my trip so I was able to communicate delays and they were tracking my flight. Michelle was very friendly and polite and the driver was also friendly and respectful. I will use this service again. Thank you!
