Start the day with a hike through the Snake Path (about 90 minutes of a moderate/easy trail- depending on your fitness level) or just take the cable cable up to the top and enjoy the view! You will reach to Masada, where you will see the lowest point on earth from above, make unique pictures and live an once in a life time experience. After the breath-taking views from Masada Fortress head to the Ein Gedi Reserve, where you get to see the waterfalls and springs in the middle of the desert landscape. Now it's time to experience the world famous Dead Sea and cover yourself with the mud that is known for it's minerals and rejuvenating properties. Masada National Park
To the isolated cliff in the heart of the desert, a cliff overlooking the Dead Sea and the wild landscapes of the Judean Desert, a magnificent palace. During the Great Revolution, the last of the Roman rebels barricaded themselves, turning their desperate war into a symbol of struggle for freedom against the Romans . The fascinating past events that took place on the mountain and its archaeological findings influenced the declaration of the Masada National Park as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will see all of this by hiking to the top through the Snake Path (around 90 minutes of an easy/moderate walk) or if you want to enjoy the view and just relax, take the Cale Car ride and have fun! *Please note the Cable car is not included* The Masada entrance fee is NIS 31 / USD 9. The cable car fee is NIS 46 / USD 13.50 From 2023 Jan 15th and 25th, you will not take the long Trail due to construction. Instead, you'll hike the short Hasoela trail. This may extend length of the tour slightly

The Ein Gedi oasis is the largest in the country. 1.00Tour never showed up, no communication and yet charged me for the trip. Although did provide refund right after I complained, nevertheless completely wasted a full day of trip.

5.00The one-day tour "Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea" is a unique experience combining history, nature, geography and culture. This trip with Yana as a brilliant guide opened for me the gateway to many thousands of years of historical events related to human creativity, courage, determination and religious faith. Visiting Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea enriched these experiences with an incredible sense of the fragility and uniqueness of this place on our Earth, which must be preserved and saved for many future generations. Good time management, pleasant driver and unobtrusive service have completed the impression to perfection.

4.00Our guide was amazing, the best of the 5 tours I had while in Israel. The pick up point was very easy to find, within walking distance from my hotel. The tour moved smoothly with the exception of a couple of guest missing the meeting time while at Ed Gedi. I really enjoyed the Dead Sea , we had ample time to mud bath and float. As we were in the desert for the entire day, be sure to take sun protection as it was extremely hot with little shade while at Masada and En Gedi.

5.00I was looking forward to seeing Masada, however my tour guide didn’t arrive. Thanks to Amir, another tour guide- I went on a wonderful tour… I recommend him highly!! He and his bus driver Sammy we’re keeping us amused the whole time.

3.00Tour guide was knowledgeable but it was unorganized and ran late which in turn penalized the travelers because we were rushed and our tour was cut short at each stop. Specifically Dead Sea.

4.00En Gedi was beautiful and it was nice to be given the time to walk around the whole reserve. The views from Massada were extraordinary and our guide provided a very interesting overview of its history. The Dead Sea experience was one of a kind. The whole trip was very well organised, although perhaps it would be better to buy the entry tickets beforehand and include it in the tour price to avoid queuing.

5.00Our driver, Mustaf, did a great job. Pick up worked well, he offered to answer our questions and pointed out a few interesting spots to tell us about. As we were the only ones on the trip we were able to choose how long we wanted to stay at the sights. The sights were really beautiful and we therefore spend a great day. Furthermore the communication with the company was really fast and helpful.

4.00Four of us went on shabbat. Had our own small van since no one else had signed up. Masada is incredible, not to be missed. Also enjoyed En Gedi - good hike with several waterfalls. Would recommend a tour with 2 hrs at En Gedi since you need that to do a decent hike. Our driver spoke limited English and there was some confusion about the "included at no charge" visit to the Dead Sea after En Gedi. We were first taken to a shopping area which wanted to charge us about $25 each and apparently if we listened to the sales pitch we'd get our money back. We told them we didn't want to do this, showed the itinerary that said "Dead Sea visit - no charge". Eventually, after a lot of phone calls presumably back to the main office, we were taken to another entrance to the Dead Sea beach and were not charged. Strange and confusing.
