Begin your tour at Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine, Kamakura's most significant Shinto shrine and the spiritual heart of the city.
Next, stroll down Komachi Street, a bustling shopping avenue brimming with local charm. Savor delicious local seafood, sample traditional snacks, and pick up souvenirs.
Continue to Hase-dera Temple. The temple houses an impressive eleven-headed statue of Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy.
Then, visit Kotoku-in Temple to see the Great Buddha of Kamakura, the iconic symbol of the city. This immense bronze statue stands over 11 meters tall.
Conclude your tour with a visit to Enoshima, a small island. Explore its shrines, enjoy the panoramic ocean views, and relax in the tranquil surroundings, making it the perfect end to your journey.

The tour schedule may change without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseen reasons. (There might be delays in returning to the designated location.)
This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Trip Advisor / Viator and your local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of late arrivals, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds will not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possibility of late arrival.
Tour may be cancelled if under the minimum group size of 10 people
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. If you'd like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, pls notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
The bus will be departing on time (no exception).
Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers' time.

We recommend checking the right meet-up location beforehand to avoid getting lost. Provided location are the exact points of the meeting point on google maps. If you are confused about meeting points, message us beforehand for more details. No refund request will be accepted for arrivals at wrong location.

Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. (The maximum size for luggage stored in the trunk should not exceed a total of 155cm- combined height, width, and depth.) Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
There is only one drop-off point at the end of the tour : Near Shinjuku Station (West Exit)
In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.

5.00We truly enjoyed our Kamakura tour — from the charming streets to the peaceful temples and stunning seaside views, every stop felt special and memorable. ✨ What made the experience even better was our guide, who was extremely nice, friendly, and very accommodating. He took time to explain the history, shared interesting stories, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun throughout the tour.

5.00Yuki (the guide) was very quick thinking and versatile. I booked my tour only 2 days before & because she was at the post office area looking out for travellers, I saw her. Only to find that my name wasn’t in her list but she verified & took me on & communicated well in English and not ridgit in thinking hence it went smoothly. At the big Buddha, I didn’t have sufficient coin (50 yen) to enter from the back of the Buddha and sh immediately handed over 50 yen. Very proactive. She was also very responsible and responsive. Amazingly, 7 person didn’t turn up for the tour, Yuki and the guide went round beyond the time of departure to try locating them before we eventually left. Excellent.

1.00I took many tours via Viator and always had a pleasant experience and a point of contact that I can reach out to. This time I arrived to the meeting place at 08:35 and there was no one there, nobody even called or messaged me neither a day prior or on the same day. I was running between all the buses and nobody from Viator was willing to help. There was no phone to call. I am very disappointed, never had such a thing happen to me in my life. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you

5.00Such a beautiful and genuinely relaxing day outside the city. My husband and I wanted a low stress way to see a few temples, and this tour pulled together the perfect mix of places to wander, shop a little, grab a bite, and just take things in. Our guide, Mitsi San, was so sweet and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. She shared stories and history with anyone who wanted to walk with her, but also encouraged people to explore at their own pace. She even taught us a little Japanese on the ride. Enoshima ended up being the real standout. The views, the energy, the little side streets and shops, all of it felt special. If you’ve been in the city for a while and need a bit of calm, some fresh air, and a chance to discover something different, I’d absolutely recommend this tour. It gave us exactly the reset we were hoping for.

3.00I booked this tour months ahead for 6 of us (incl my husband) and the bus that was used was a total disappointment. Eric the guide gave us seats in the back of the bus plus 2 seats over the bus WHEEL, we could not fit. It was unacceptable. The bus too was very old and made us feel disappointed at the start of this Tour. Thankfully could move seats. Our guide Eric was ok however his English not so good and therefore his explanations were difficult to understand. It rained all day but what we experienced on the tour ourselves with free time, was wonderful. Cathy

4.00This was a fun option for a day trip to see a couple smaller towns in Japan. You’ll get to see some temples and shrines, and find some cute little shops and food options. The drive back is rather long because of traffic, so be prepared to sit in the bus for a while. But overall was a good experience. Our guide (Mits) was so so so adorable.
