Get to know the locations where Game of Thrones was filmed in Peñíscola. We will visit the town of Peñíscola from Valencia, it is one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, it is on the coast and its old town is walled. You will learn about the history of the town and its most emblematic buildings. The old town is similar to Santorini in Greece.

You will also visit the famous castle of Pope Luna where Pope Luna (Benedict XIII) took refuge, it is one of the best preserved castles in Spain and it is also the last castle built by the Templars, you will learn about the history of the Templars and Pope Luna.

You have one free hour that you can do whatever you want.

The lunch is not included.

The tour will depart with a minimum of 2 people. There will be a guide for every 8 people and personalized attention, 5-star service, maximum 24 pax.

    Castle views are stunning. The history behind the castle and the Pope Luna were indeed very impressive. Our guide guy, Tony, was excellent, knowledgeable, funny, photographer and kind. We were a small group and he was flexible with the time and request. Amazing adventure! Highly recommended.

    Both guides were amazing! The drive was comfortable. Once we got to our destination, our guide offered us cold water, as it was very hot. He was very knowledgeable about the history and showed us scenes from Game of thrones that were filmed in the location we were standing in. At around 12 pm we had lunch (not included in the ticket price but absolutely delicious) and then headed over to the castle. It was a great tour of the castle and our guide kept us as comfortable and cool as possible given super high temperatures during our trip. After the tour we had about an hour to walk around the castle or shop if we wanted to before we headed back to the city. We left around 9 am and came back around 5 pm. We would definitely recommend this tour!!!
