5.00I had the chance to do a city tour of Addis with Mulu, and it was an outstanding experience. He is extremely friendly, resourceful, and knowledgeable, while also being refreshingly direct and honest. He doesn’t sugarcoat or hide his opinions, which made the tour not just informative but also a real window into the society and culture here. Mulu is quick to the point, clear in his explanations, and always attentive to what makes the experience meaningful. I appreciated his balance of professionalism and warmth, and the way he made the day feel both efficient and relaxed.
